The lightest SOVIET tank can easily penetrate german armor, while the panzer 3 can’t even effectivly penetrate the lightest soviet tank, only managing from the side. While the russians have an AUTO CANON with the ability to penetrate all german tanks that are in the game avaible to most players. You can say that the panzer 3 had such armor vaules, yes, but all of those variations that actually seen combat were upgraded because the armor they had wich is exactly the same as in the game was though to be “insufficent” and all of those models had 30mm of front armor. and future variations had double that. A medium tank could NEVER in the love of god have such HORRIBLE armor as represented in the “realistic” game. Its just incredibly useless. You reward players that spend their time trying to unlock a new better tank for it to be A FREAKING DOWN GRADE. what the heck? you could have read the bloody wikipedia page gaijin, you are clearly overestimating russian capability and underEstimating the german armor and capabilities. The tank is literly useless and there is no reason to use it in the game. It uses prototype armor vaules what am i suppose to do with this? I was hoping that i could upgrade the tank armor vaules with spare parts BUT I CAN’T. this is absolutely ridicolouse from “realistic” and gameplay view point. WHAT am i suppose to do as a player with this tank. Its force then a panzer 2 at dealing with the enemy armor, and i got AN EXTRA MACHINE GUN WHOAAAA that i cant use because in this game infantry have the stamina and strengh of super humans and are able to jump and jump and jump in incredible speeds while spinning their bodies in mid air like if they had jet engines strapped to them. I can’t for the love of god play this game, in a game about realism you didnt even bother explaining how to do dive bombing, positioning, armor vaules and weaknesses, how to dissable enemy tanks. Soldiers in ww2 werent tough to walk and aim down sighs and then send off to germany wth is wrong with you? Why aren’t i briefed on the mission, type of terrain, ways to effectivly use the weapons im provided with. This is complete fire baptism wich i would be ok with if the game was realistic but you try to force “realism” into an unrealistic arcedy mess. Just make the game arcady if you cant come up with realistic solutions. The game is an absolute joke and another cash grab by gaijin. Im not blaiming the dev team, but im dissapointed with the results of this game and how its presented

You are probably referring to Pz III B. It’s quite likely the worst tank in Moscow campaign.
III E is incredible actually. T-60 really has no hope of penetrating it 9/10 times. And if you are careful, you can avoid the explosive packs.
whats the purpose of unlocking the panzer 3 if i can be more effective with a panzer 2 thats my entire point
The panzer 3 has better mobility and an actual gun are you ok?

- Learn where to aim and slap him before he can get his gun on
- Abuse the mobility of the PzIII to scoot back behind cover
- Sometimes you eat shit and that’s that
I’d also advise just skipping the PzIIIB if you aren’t good enough at tankery to make it work. It’s unironically a high skill vehicle.

the only other panzer option i can unlock at least the game shows me was the panzer 4 so i though i could improve the panzer 3 by upgrading it but no it seems i have to unlock a diffrent tank crew and then unlock the E variant
