There’s way too many separated campaigns within German cosmetics selection. Here’s a better sorting:
- Moscow/Stalingrad/Rzhev/Bulge since they share winter equipment.
- Normandy/Berlin for summer-esque equipment.
- Tunisia for desert equipment.
And please for the love of God, don’t limit specific squad’s cosmetic roster.

Yes, trying to glam a squad for german faction is a chore.
they got the most campaign, grinding each custom order is a pain
I don’t quite agree. The Volkssturm from Berlin would look a bit dumb in Normandy.
Mmmmm, Dot-44 near Moscow…
Yes, it’s high time to unite them. There is also a problem in that Germany in Stalingrad and especially in the Ardennes had winter uniforms that it did not have near Moscow. For example, Wintertarnanzug. True, at the moment, for some reason, it is only available to tankers . . . and in all campaigns . . . even in Tunisia . . .
And for some reason I am sure that I am the only one here who gives a shit about the fact that Germany will have uniforms from the future near Moscow . . .
And I see the best option as linking clothes not to campaigns, but to the weather and biome. And it would be very desirable to also link them to the historical period.
You can already currently bring Soviet squads with late war anoba camo into Moscow(PPK and event paras) and it’s rarely ever mentioned, it would be fine
But they already have:
Ideally we should have late war and early war clothes separated but considering that even with this current system we have ton of inaccuracies i think it would be just easier to combine them all.

I know!
KNOW IT!
Do it! Tell me about the winter camouflage suits on the autumn maps of Stalingrad!
correction,
all the ameba camouflage used in this game were historically used from the beggining of the early war up to the end and even post war.
but for some reason, DF in their infinite wisdome locked them for higher BR campaign / late war. ( and some occasional event / premium squad )
well, assuming we’ll get more berlin maps, ( such as arhnem, battle of königsberg and many others, it wouldn’t be really out of place, instead of forcing campaign sets )
but then again,as it goes for the main suggestion, historically accuracy never really mattered.
so at this point we might as well just make all outfit available on all campaigns except winter cosmetics on the desert and vice versa.
but most outfits were used through out the war.
and just like we can use a puma in the early war periods, i don’t see how a camouflage would be any different.

More German maps. For US to. Like Cologne and Ruhr Operation. (Pershing Wants to home it’s natural habitat)
And in general, more late-war maps.

Bro we already have volkssturmgewehr traipsing around Moscow atp
There was a funny picture here that anyone with Cyrillic characters in their nickname could understand. But they decided to remove it.
By the way, show yourself! Don’t be a coward!

No, thanks.

I’m going to be frank, I entirely ignore all of your takes for historical accuracy in this game as many of them are both counter-productive, remove variety, and or affect balance negatively ¯_(ツ)_/¯
(Not to say others don’t have good ideas on the matter)
Amoeba camoflague is from 1935 and it entered service in 1938, it fits well within the timeline.
The camo from 1944, Palma, is a different one which we do not have in the game yet.
And the leaf pattern camo found on the SKS premium squad is from 1941.

I’ve heard this claim a few times but do we actually have any evidence of Amoeba use in 1941-42?
Most references I’ve seen are from 1943-45:
Well this doesnt say much of anything about the amoeba camo itself.
99% of source Ive seen says 1938 for its service entry and I can assure you the amoeba suits didnt only arrive in 1943.
But funnily enough the amoeba poncho which is on the belt fed DP squad did start production in 1943.
I will post some pictures of early war amoeba usage when I come home.
As promised:
Spoiler
Usage before 1940:
