instead of punishing players for quitting bad games, maybe they should prevent those bad games in first place?
your problem
i can, what i cant handle is retarded teammates are shitty maps and gamemodes
get me something worth the fight and i remain, if not deal with it and carry the team alone no? you’re so much better im sure you dont need someone like me.
If my team is totally shit and its not fun to play with the enemy full of sweatlords and even worse those that squad together, the entire team deserves a punishment by losing while I find a better quality match myself without those bad teammates.
If only we could have the option to disable ranking when the playerbase makes the game very unplayable where at times I would just want to do the battle pass missions but the stupid teammates don’t want me to.
Same as me like why should I not ruin the game for other players when my own stupid teammates ruin the match for me. This is why I don’t consider myself a saint in the battlefield.
Bipods.
il just leave that right there.
I used to stay in match no matter what.
When you reach last level of campaign, you would think most players understand what it takes to win matches and participate in the collective effort to win objectives.
So when I see that I’m the only player building rallies that everyone uses but no one’s builds any cause they are enjoying the game with a masturbatory attitude, I simply loose heart and choose to try another match hoping to find players with similar approach to the game.
Is this wrong?
Please educate me on why I should stay in the game to provide you entertainment.
If it’s a bad game, then everybody’s game is bad (at least for your team) not just yours, but if you’re too stupid or self centered to recognize that or too full of yourself to admit it, then it’s your problem and we shouldn’t be forced to share your backwards view of what fun is and how to achieve it. And certainly I’m not trying building character while playing games as to push on against all odds just trying to have fun, mmmmkay?
And as you say that every game is winnable, then what do you care if I quit your game, it still has SUPER you who can win anything, right?? And as for other peoples games, WTF DO YOU CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES GAMES, EH??
I get Confrontation/assault with booster on, INSTA QUIT!!
I build a rally and 2 sandbags, 1st point lost, INSTA QUIT!!
I get 2 players on my team against 5, INSTA QUIT!!
Deduct me 3 ranks in advance, YOU SCRUB!!!
I don’t see anyone complaining about stomps one way or another in MCC, and that has a forced time out and eventually you get multiple hour bans for quitting consecutive games.
Maybe we needed that kind thing here from the start, so people just accept it as part of the game so quitters would have never been a problem.
and people would just quit the game.
in other games you can select game mode and maps you want to play. e.g. in counter strike you can select map, game mode and you get MM that give you opponents of your skill level (more or less). and all of that with same weapons for all players.
and in enlisted you are forced to play shitty game modes, on shitty maps against high level players with buffed up full auto weapons as low level player with BA with no upgrades. and with no skill based MM.
so yeah tell me more about other games.
You can’t select your mode in RO2 but nobody had a quitting problem there, either
never played it, so idk how good game modes are there. but did it have map selection, MM and same weapons for all players?
Most servers did not have map selection, and there were asymmetric/faction based weapons, and no matchmaking. People actually enjoyed sticking with their one side to the end.
RO2 has quite a different playerbase than this one.
Are you sure? Because I preordered RO2 and I consider myself to have been a part of that playerbase.
Enlisted is the only WWII game currently which is populated that appeals to that playerbase, even if it isn’t perfect or what we expected or wanted before.
Well first of all it was entirely different game quite far from arcade style like enlisted.
Not exactly HLL nor PS, but similar game that atracts quite a different type of players.
Could say RO / HLL / PS is for players that are actually intrested in somewhat realistic ww2 atmosphere. While enlisted has about same ww2 feeling as borderlands 3.
Invited few HLL / CS / RO friends to stop by at enlisted, the result is we are no longer friends.
Apparently that invitation was worst kind of insult they could think of.
Well, regardless how bad this game is it fits on my needs as something to fast paced just to stop by everynow and then.
Regardless the previous updates has resulted to me avoiding the game more and more.
RO2 doesn’t have an issue with quitters because of DEDICATED SERVERS where people can leave while another player can join in during a match alongside the freedom to actually switch teams to even things out. Sure it has its own problems at times but its much better than the matchmaking system. Choosing a mode or map? Just hop in to your favorite server that has the map rotation that fits what you want unlike in Enlisted where the matchmaking can shove modes that you don’t like to your throat like Conquest, Destruction and Armored Train alongside giving you bad matches.
Also RO2 doesn’t have much critical stuff to grind at besides drum mags for PPSh since some other weapon and class levels don’t matter much like not a total game changer.
enlisted is arcade style
no it isn’t
I’ve played almost all wwii fps games. “arcade style” WWII games would be examples such as Enemy Territory and Day of Defeat Source, and Battlefield IV-V(because of health bars for vehicles, among other things). This game is a nice compromise which leans in the favor of more hardcore shooters.
I have also played and owned both PS and HLL. I did not enjoy either of those games, they fall short of even RO2, to me. I’d rather play Enlisted because it’s easy to play by myself, which is also a nice compromise between the squad larping shooters and more casual wwii games.
Would it be a good suggestion for Enlisted game modes to be on servers for people to join instead of using a matchmaker? I remember when Heroes and Generals was like that, and that to me was much better than the current matchmaker they have, too. We could even have “noob only” servers which won’t let someone above a certain rank to join. Or something like that
Just watch us quitting, and enjoying ruining your game. Like if anyone cared about your fun more than ours.
Lol.
Also, RO and Enlisted are completely different. RO had PERFECTLY balanced sides, with special weaponry being restricted, while Enlisted is oftentimes biased towards one side and is full auto frenzy. I have doubts when you say you were part of it’s playerbase if you forget those very obvious points…
And ween the noob become officer? Is still a noob but is ok trow him at the lion for a stupid rank?
