If only any of you would just believe in yourselves and your ability and try to have fun instead of thinking only of your k/d and win rate, everyone including yourselves would benefit and have more fun and the matches would be more balanced across the board
I got another good idea, people who quit often (with dozens of quits per week or whatever) should just not be able to have a rank at all. They should remove their rank and make them ineligible for marshall rewards for the rest of a BP season.
If you don’t care about your teammates and rank, then you shouldn’t get a rank, lol
Ok if people are sweating like no tomorrow bunny hoping and zerg rushing with all automatic weapons straight off the bat and it’s extremely unfun to play, then yeah leave I agree with that.
But if you are struggling to win and it’s not fun because you aren’t winning but it the enemy team is not completely on crack then yeah stick out. Remember someone has to lose and you cant always win. Quick matches aren’t fun, so if you stay and still lose you can make the match last longer.

Don’t get me wrong… tanks and planes can help. That said, if the one attacker plane (or the one plane in some cases) is dominated by someone low level with a crap plane then it’s not helpful at all.
There isn’t much fun when you are the only player on your team with nothing but useless AI and are fighting 5-6 players who are dominating the matching.

Maybe not to you, but I enjoy a good challenge. I bet most of those AI players are just actual noobs. Let them be inspired and in awe of your carry, it can happen if you try. It’s just a matter of how you think about it and keeping a good attitude and hopefulness. It goes a long way for everyone.
You must be new here… when the entire team across the board has 5 kills after 10 minutes compared to your 45, that is AI or really, reeeeealy bad players. In either case, I’m out. That’s a shit game.

There is no battle that can’t be won, and even if there is, I like taking myself to the limit, so I can get better. If we all had that attitude, every game would be fun.
I have around 1300~ games, and I’ve been playing since the release of Normandy, so I don’t think I’m that new.
Also, even people with no kills are still a help as long as they get in the cap and can distract the enemy long enough for me to get them.
I was playing war thunder since it was only japanese and soviets, too. Given the current state of WT, I’d much rather play Enlisted(because I like the forced fps view only for vehicles).
War Thunder was never just Russian and Japanese so you bullshitting is clear for everyone

im still going to quit if i have two hours to complete 9 BP task, and if i get a match that i cant complete more then two in i quit
its not like i have 12 hours a day to play this game

puts himself in Marshall’s shoes, he builds a spawn point, ammo box every round the engineer is available, takes a plane to destroy the enemy plane and tanks out of his reach, tries to rush all the time to try to get the enemy point , then he opens the map and sees that his entire team is hidden, no one advances, only you alone have to do everything, and on the enemy team there is another Marshall and someone else who plays well, you just can’t do everything alone, I abandon even the match, I’m not going to stay in a game to be stressed and not having fun.

idc its not my job to make matches balanced, if im having fun i remain simple as that.

i dont care about k/d ratio or win/loss ratio… but i care for enjoyable battle. some modes just arent fun. on conquest you just run around in hope of finding enemy. assault with some weaker factions is almost impossible cause you have to keep both points captured and you cant solo carry. detonation is mixed bag.
also some maps are too one sided… airfield and d-day can be nightmare for allies in normandy.
and on top of it all you can also end up in matches with all noob/bot team that only has m4a2 with no planes against enemy tigers and bombers. such matches are extremely fun. specially if enemy tanks are in grey zone. also will not mention when you have squads with full auto vs team with BA. yes fun experience.
desertions would fall 90% if they allowed us to choose game modes and maps and had proper MM that didnt match end game players with low level ones.

It doesn’t matter how bad your game is going, the answer shouldn’t be to quit and ruin everyone else’s game, too. If you can’t handle Enlisted, then maybe you should take a break. We don’t want quitters on our teams.
If you press play and wait for a game, you’re making a commitment. If you quit, you should be penalized in some way. Time-outs and getting your ranks removed would help chronic quitters take it easy and not just load up games and quit every time they see someone ranked higher than them or if they lose a cap
