I just don’t understand the context or what you want.

With current MM, it definitely shouldn’t be put to BR3 for completely obvious reasons.
With ±0 or ±1 MM, it still should stay at BR4.

Speaking of KV-2 in this case.

Truck is more debatable. But I think it should still stay at BR4 too. And if not good enough, it’s better option to buff it (better turret speed/better ammo and so) rather than lower its battle rating to BR3.

That’s my opinion.

When I think “where does something belong?”, its where it belongs in the “endgame goal”. Not the crappy 2MM queue we have now.

So let’s say BR -+ 0 is the endgame goal (And let’s assume that it’s still Just 5BRs…6 could be better)

Say:
IS 2 is the pinnacle…so that’s BR 5, Facing King Tigers
IS 1 and T-34 85 take BR 4 Facing Panthers and Tigers
KVs and T34s all take BR 3 Facing all the Panzer IV 75mm long
T-28s, T70 and T- 50s take BR 2 Facing Panzer IIIs
etc etc

When I look at that, The KV-2 fits best at BR 3, as does the flak truck. And to take it further, what is a KV-2 going to do to Panzer IVs that the other tanks (KV 1 and t-34) wont?..“nothing”. They all one shot the Panzer IVS and the Panzer IVS all one shot them…the KV 2 just takes forever to reload so its score per minute will be much lower and not efficient. Just like Warthunder

But it’s not? Have you even tried it on test server? You can reliably kill any BR4 tank with HEs. And it has armor of the best BR3 heavy tank.
It’s just superior to already very good BR3 tank. There’s no way it should be BR3. Just non. It would be OP at BR3, meaning pay2win.

SU-122 and StuH42 should be added to BR3 instead, these would be HE slingers comparable to the Sherman 105.

AT BR 3, if you can ALREADY 1 shot a panzer IV with a KV-1 (and that’s the only match up you will get because BR-+0)…what value do you get out of a KV-2…there is none…you are a bigger target, bigger silhouette, slower traverse, your armor means nothing to a 75mm long, and cannot put out anywhere near the effective DPM a KV-1 or t-34 can, especially against infantry, the ones that win games.

I really dont care what it "“can” kill. A 15cm sig 33 can kill an Abrams tank

Yes, but 1 shotting a Pz IV is nothing consistent. Especially when you can only see turret because the tank is hiding behind some rubble or something.
I’ve survived so many engagements against KV-1s when I got hit a few times because I just couldn’t hit those KV turret cheeks fast enough

That would never happen to me with a KV2. Once it spots you and fires first, you’re dead. And you can’t do shit about it. It’s always gonna be a consistent experience.

Don’t tell me you’re getting 1 shotted on daily bases by KV-1, I just don’t believe it.

Im talking as the operator doing the 1 shotting. Id take the KV-1 or t-34

But that’s not the issue, it would be toxic experience from perspective of anyone who sits in any other BR3 tank and is facing KV-2.

KV-2 is always going to be perma dead. And it still has one of the best armor at BR3.

Yea kv2 one shotting like crazy from when I tried it but it does have long reload way longer than IS2 without perk (idk how fast it is with perk since I can’t buy it)

I recommend to watch this video.

In WT you rangefind the plane and that sets the fuse for the HE-TF but its useless there too since it takes a while before you find the range and in main time plane has already moved and range of it from the canon has already changed

hmm can you set like let say 500m manually in warthunder? cause if fuse time can be set manually it might be good (maybe)

you can set it manually…problem is you have to judge how far the plane is. thats the trick

range finder takes too long

i dont need no range finder im gonna use my gut (legit if it got add i will always go with either 250 or maybe 400m i guess)

anyway anyone know how far the bomber are in the sky? i want to know (like if the bomber formation are over you how far are they?)
