Fixing Japanese Faction Full Tech Tree 🇯🇵

Cuz the other Ko Rifle in the premium Squad is BR III But we can put only long one i put them to have a bit of diversity between the sniper long version and the infantry :

Where would you put it ?

BR2 unless the mag size is bigger because at first glance, it looks similar to the Radio SVD.

its 10 rounds 6.5 mm Arisaka and it has bayonet

The Emperor protects.

It is good to see you spread His will with such fervor!

Oh, then its fine I guess.

Well I prefer it over the long version cuz its better for taking points not so good at range but for middle range will be fine and close range and its shorter the only problem is the production issues but this is a game here we don’t have deal with logistics and production problems

Well, seems like you were right: the Type 91 had a 45 rounds mag, my bad.

I love the list so far, but to add one more vehicle; I’d like to see the Ka-Tsu amphibious transport as an APC, which would serve as a proper counterpart to the LVT-4 the US can operate.

Ka-Tsu

Well don’t know there is many sources about it but i have seen only one that says its 45 so i can’t guarantee 100% that there is no bigger mags then 45

There is this drawing provided by DELAVR

There is also a version of the Type 11 on a tripod and with grips instead of a buttstock that had apparently a 90 rounds hopper (it was still bigger than the Type 91 mag visually anyway) . It was somewhere on the forum, but I don’t remember where. I’ll try to find it again. But there was nothing that said if this 90 rounds hopper could fit on the regular Type 11.

Found the thing I was talking about on my post above

But I think it’s some kind of Type 3 MG prototype, and I think it says that it is fitted with a 60 rounds hopper mag. You can find the link here:

It comes from the RU forum, and it was posted by DELAVR
He seems to post a lot more stuff there and it looks very interesting too.

As you may remember, different sources indicate different hopper capacities for the Type 91 machine gun. At that time I hoped that it was not a translation error or something like that and started searching for more information about Japanese machine guns. So I found a photo of a Type 3 with a 60 round hopper magazine. Taking into account that Type 91, Type 11 and Type 3 use the same cartridge, I assumed that there is a possibility of attaching 60 round hopper to Type 3, Type 11 and Type 91 machine guns (for example 45 and 30 round hoppers were interchangeable between Type 11 and Type 91 machine guns). But as Killerwolf1024 writes, there is no evidence that the 60 load hopper was used on the Type 11 and Type 91, nor is there any evidence of even a theory to put a 60 load hopper on these machine guns.

I just recommend to read these posts (the very photo you were looking for has “broken” in the forum for some reason) :

Thanks, I really struggled to find your post again, I was sure it was somewhere on the english forum, but couldn’t find it, so I searched in your topic history on the RU forum, that’s where I found it again. I haven’t read any of your posts on the RU forum yet, I was just searching for the pics, and I don’t know if the translation made by google will be very accurate.

I just read some of your posts on the RU forum, your work is quite impressive!
I will give you a few links to help you in your work, maybe it will help you a bit
If I’m not mistaken, you wanted some informations about bayonets, then I can give you this link about a website dedicated only about these, it even includes more informations about japanese bayonets:
https://arms2armor.com/Bayonets/bayonets.htm

I also have a website about italian sniper rifles, it is the most detailed one that I have ever found, but it is only in italian:

If you want more infos/pictures about french (and other nations too) firearms and equipment, there is this website from an association, the link will lead to french firearms, but do not hesitate to check the entire website:
https://www.mmpark.fr/index.php?p=collection&cat=23

And of course, I still have the blog of a guy which has a lot of weird prototypes pics/informations that are hard to find:

And of course, the website I found where there is pretty much everything the finnish made/used between 1918 and 1945:

Have a look, I’m sure you will like them.

Ooooh, you made some in english too, perfect!
Your work about french SLRs is quite impressive, I couldn’t have done better, so I hope my link with french SMGs prototypes will help.
Frankly, it’s my dream to see a french tree ingame, but I know that the priority should be for a UK/Commonwealth and Italy/Hungary/Romania (like in WT) tree. When you see how much weapons there are, I just can’t understand why the devs don’t want to make these (and yes I know about the playerbase dividing “thing”).

Me too, in fact, I have the 7 tomes collection of “Encyclopédie de l’armement mondial” by Jean Huon, that’s what pushed me to make suggestions on the forum.

I almost forgot, because it was stored on my phone, not on my PC, but there is this website about british firearms (the website is a bit of a mess tbh), but there are many interesting weapons there too, including all the rifle grenade launchers used by the british, and there are quite a lot of options:

And also the only pictures I could find of the Boys AT rifle Mk II (the version for paratroopers) on the entire internet:

There is also this Boys rifle in 50. BMG issued to the US Marines in the Pacific, but I don’t know if the 50. BMG conversion was made during the manufacturing or post-WWII though:

I know all my posts are not really about the subject of the topic, but I still want to leave a trace on the forum, if it can help other people.
