Fix terrains making vehicles stuck forever

1. STZ ditch. Stuck jiggling forever.

2. Tenaru River bridge. Stuck jiggling forever.

3. Random ditch in Normandy (actually may be realistic). Stuck jiggling forever.

4. Random tree lugs in Berlin will stop a Panther in its tracks

5. Metal tubes which are not climable by Sherman

6. The entrance through the destroyed Monastery wall sucks the truck into the ground

I once spawned an APC and it was spawned halfway through the ground. It sucked and I had to walk all the way from the vehicle spawn to the objective.
