Normal one has 500 fire rate, Sniper one has 650. Should it be the same fire rate as the normal one?

yes, but Adam and many others here specifically love the Sniper MKB the way it is.
lower rate of fire would justify it being in BR4 together with regular MKB.

welp since the reason ppl want to have the mkb in br4 is cuz is the worse assaulter weapon (germany)in br5 and there is no point to use it, but if u move to br4 u just causing the same problem in br4

What same problem?
This is literally what all the german mains talk about here. “Lower this, lower that”. In general i think raising some BRs is more viable for game health. There definitely is some equipment though that is over tiered. Like the U.S. m10 and germany’s fiat should be lowered to br3. However I hardly see reasonable requests.

Once you suffer all the way to BR5 the first thing you unlock is kiraly which is better than mkb.
Aka theres no reason to use mkb at all in BR5, just skip it.
In BR4 as nerfed or not its better than either of berettas and would have use in there.

actually the mkb is better for the same reason ppl use the as-model or the fedorov over the ppsh with drum mag and as you say if your solution moving the worst weapon of x br onto the br below by what your saying is that they should also move all the berretas to 1 br lower br aka as im saying not fixing the problem just moving in (that counting that there is a problem to beging with)
Not really, by sheer rof of kiraly & slightly higher mag capacity its by far better option on cqc.
And does more than well on mid range regardless it requires bit more effort than mkb.
Or move every gun to BR5 and let people play with melee only untill BR5 ?
Anyway, I dont remember Ive ever asked either of berettas to be moved on BR1.
Mkb has no place or use in BR5, thus it would fit more than fine in BR4 where ppl on BR4 can use it against BR5 equipment.
Dunno, problem is that it has no use in BR5.
So sure, we can buff it to be better than STG44 then it has use in BR5.
But then again whats the point of stg44 then ?
yes, making it slower while spraying will make it comfier to use and stronger overall.

Well, my point is that I don’t understand why putting a scope on it makes it fire faster than the normal variant. IMO both should have the same fire rate, either normal should fire faster or sniper one fire slower. Historically, its fire rate is around 500-600 isn’t it? Should we stick to at least some reality?

No, you just want to deliberately ruin sniper mkb, that’s all.
Every sniper weapon in game does have different stats than normal scopeless version.
But you just picked mkb for whatever reason.

Why should I ruin a weapon from one of my main faction? I just want it to feel more authentic.
Main difference between scoped and non-scoped variants is the shot dispersion.

It was changed due to historical correction, wasn’t it? And I’ve never ranted anything about this gun here, funny. In fact, IMO, decreasing its fire rate would make it more Mkb. 650 doesn’t feel right to be a gun from the series StG at all, it fires too fast, historical POV again. I even think StG fires too fast, too. It should be at most 600, but that’s another topic.

To be fair, usually nerfing a gun and moving it into a different BR can be good for the game - so that an already obsolete weapon gets to see some usage again.
This logic applies to MKB.
But the Sniper MKB is far from obsolete in its current state.
Sniper MkB is superior to sniper StG but okay.
