This is like saying fg42 has no purpose because fg42 ii exists and so it should be down tiered BR4. This is how games work. You grind to get the next best thing and once you get it, the old one gets vaulted. Literally makes no sense to keep moving the worst item in said bracket to a lower one.
Exception here is being jump from FG42 to FG II statwise is technically same as from MKB to stg44.
And no, neither of Beretta 40’s is competent enough against BR5 equipment, which BR4 does fight.
So for BR4 the mkb would be more than logical choice.

Believe me, people want more in the other factions, even if they are slightly different things. Wanna talk about duplicates? U.S. has 5 tommy guns back to back and a total of 9 or 10 all together. It’s literally all you have there from BR3-5. I think it’s great you want the other factions to have more equipment, just can’t get mad when germany doesn’t get much so others can catch up 
Sniper gun rate of fire makes no difference to me since I put my semi auto sniper rifles into single shot mode. The only time it would make a difference is if I wanted to use it with the scope off as a base assault rifle. However, I can use the StG44 sniper rifle which has the same ROF, so I never use the Mkb42.
Im sure we can add tommy 25mag tommy 28mag and tommy 29 mag.
Very much of fun to grind them.
And just 1 of them is BR5 aka you get instantly the best thing available.
So sure ^ few more tommys to BR5.

Quite sure no one asked for new guns here, just to move mkb to appropriate BR.
I haven’t tried it vs the StG, but I will have to buy one and check it out. I was using the Gewher 43 sniper rifle in level 5, but changed to the FG42 II sniper rifle.
Actually the BR5 one isn’t the best of the lot. Only there because of the mag size. But yes! everyone who plays U.S. wants other options past that one! It would be the same as if germany only had the mkb in br5 and no stg, etc. It’s nice there actually is something past it. That’s better right?

Mkb sniper isn’t just straight up better. Fg42 is far superior in recoil and accuracy, maybe you could say mkb is better at close ranges but i prefer to only use fg42 as well.
