FG 42 needs buff

After latest update fg 42 needs a buff with recoil and dispersion when compared to avt (15) and avs

Soviets get better weapons earlier than germans because they (germans) need to unlock fg 42-2 to become somewhat on par and even then it seems that fg not as good as soviet weapons juging by that table

I don’t know, I think it just needs it’s bayonet and it’ll be fine

And have you noticed that they have a 15 round magazine?(15 vs 20)
And about the FG42 2, it has a slightly better recoil and reload time than the AVT 40 20 and it’s a little worse in terms of dispersion… I think the Soviet and German SFs are pretty balanced right now.

I prefer more to make an event with one or two FG for 50 rounds. It will be fun

You mean those American beltfield FGs?(T44)

Nahh

AVT-40 20 is vastly superior to FG42 II. I don’t see additional excessive rof with bad accuracy as a plus.

I don’t know why when Germany has a higher RoF, you say that more RoF is bad, but when other countries have higher RoF, you say that it’s everything?

Well the only thing I’ll add is an weapon similar to the M2 carbine, a more accurate but less damage dealing gun (with maybe a higher rof)

I’m not sure the Soviet and Germany have similar options. Do you have anything in mind?

AVS-31 for 25 rounds and G43 auto with 25 rounds

Here you can see a rifle itself in the left

In short, no, not really. But for germany, maybe the fictional Auto VG 1-5 and the Walther Karabine 45. But that’s sll I can think of.

There was more late war pipe guns with a similar stats for germans and something experimental for soviets

Looks like another FG-42 variant

Said who? Stop putting words into my mouth. Higher ROF only matters if you have low recoil/dispersion which SF never have. For smg and ARs you always want more rof for MG it’s a mixed and SF 660-750rpm is the max you want to have.

iirc it is fg42 kurz.
