Every single map, and i mean LITERALLY every single map, must be reworked in a way so that there is no way that any player on the ground, should be able to spawn camp the BASE SPAWNS OF THE ENEMY TEAM, for example, a tank, a sniper squad, etc

just experienced hell, a hell of which a sniper, straight up, spawn camped the BASE SPAWN POINT, mind you, not a rally point THE BASE SPAWN POINT, like, is crazy how a fucking tank, sniper squad, etc, are able and are rewarded for such toxic, horrible, and genuinely horrible gaming experience for the other team, is straight up unfair, and if you say “but there is spawn prot” so what?, the enemy team CAN STILL spawn camp regardless when the spawn prot timer goes out, is still unfair a tank FROM 200 meters away, aka in the greyzone, CAN spawn camp the enemy team and is encouraged BY THE MAP to do so, there are many maps which makes spawn camping the enemy team, i will not list such maps.

so what can be reworked on such maps to make it not possible to spawn camp the enemy team?, simple, SIMPLY make it so there is no area in the map that can do such thing at all, so for example, german tank spawn on dday, what will be changed?, simple, more building or landscape

now, why are planes allowed?, well is because planes cant actually spawn camp, they can only kill the enemy team, but not straight up spawn camp them, rockets cant spawn camp the enemy team, and bombs cant spawn camp the enemy team

I have never experienced that, what I have experienced is players abusing mechanics in place to stop spawn camping. In other words, camping in the greyzone on their own spawn.

There are only a couple reasons I bail (Desert) from a game. First, if I click to enter a game and “MY VERY FIRST SPAWN” the first objective is almost or already taken. Second, when I lose my first 3 or 4 squads as I am spawning, or within seconds of spawning so essentially I haven’t moved a meter on the battlefield and already lost 3 or 4 squads. Third, I got booted from the game because my power or internet took a shit.

Times I strongly consider deserting is when my team is supposed to defend an objective and some ass who has figured out the grey zone sweet spot in his tank keeps clicking his mouse so that NO ONE (except the enemy) can be anywhere near the objective without dying. It’s bad enough they get a safe space, but to be able to exploit that without little fear is ridiculous. Easy fix, expand the maps and end the grey zones. Make it so tank blasts “KILL BOTH” the enemy and their own troops. I would do the same with artillery, artillery should kill everyone in the blast zone. If your going to keep gray zones, then allow artillery the ENTIRE MAP to target, and allow paratroopers to drop and take them out. If a tank has to keep moving to not allow artillery to target them, they can’t just sit in a protected sweet spot.

There are literally lots of issues about the game that irritate me, and being competitive cause me to get burned out. My kids both quit playing and at times I get the feeling that it’s time to walk away. I did it with War Thunder when it lost it’s appeal. All the problems in the game could probably be fixed, but I get the feeling making money trumps fixing problems every time. They took a very brief stab at fixing the match making, but then after a few weeks or a month, their idiotic “Soft rule” over ruled any good match making, so, They don’t care. Things did not change 6 to 8 months ago, that’s why both my kids stopped playing Enlisted entirely. This is why Enlisted is dying a slow death. I really feel sorry for those people just starting out today. They get weak weapons and are immediately dropped into bad match making, so how long till they get discouraged? I’m old and retired in the Philippines, maybe it’s time to play less and go to the beach more. BTW, this is my local beach. :yum:

  1. learn to shorten your titles
  2. i agree that default spawns shouldnt be visible from enemy gray zone.

A sniper might not be a very big deal, but that a tank could stay within the gray zone and fire at the enemy base spawn should be impossible and is indeed unacceptable.

“Greyzone” itself needs to be changed. Even just a 1-2 minute timer along the lines of “join your forces at the front or be considered a deserter” mechanic

But why are you still in spawn, surely you are supposed to attack point? Sorry couldn’t resist being facetious its too hot :sunglasses:

This is one of the game’s biggest problems. So many maps need to be reworked, I feel like the problem is especially bad with the Tunisia maps.

It’s a really GLARING example of “the devs don’t play their own game”

@MajorMcDonalds I propose a “Dev Play Day” where the developers are forced to play in Join All BR3 for an afternoon. The patch we would get immediately after would be glorious.

War, War never changes.

Ok now you fixed that one spot but now the point was captured and a new greyzone opened up to fire into their new spawn. If you keep putting even more walls everywhere then you will be stuck with them dividing future capture points aswell.
This alter the map approach kinda falls flat once you are at a middle point (AKA point 2, 3, and 4) as those serve as both teams spawn greyzone and objective during the same match.
So if you put a hill in there to initially stop LOS into the enemy spawn you give one side a great elevated position to snipe from for the next objective once the greyzone has moved up.

Edit: If your solution is to just put another wall seperating the map every 50m then you have made every single map just akward to play as infantry as everything now will be a chokepoint battle around those walls.

everyone has a few seconds i think of protection

Only if they spawn in their main spawn. And even then it does not last very long.

Yeah some map is stupid

Beloe lake is decent because you spawn in house, and tanks need to drive uphill with great difficulty (unless it has strong engine power) which is enough time to use rockets against it. The hills are best place to camp on enemy common path but also most likely to get destroyed.

Any city maps are best way to deter planes because you need a lot of skill to actually rocket/bomb since 90% of the time, its absorbed by giant hitbox buildings. But also thanks to buildings, tanks and sniper can’t spawncamp on you.

Should be remastered so attackers tanks can at least pass through the wall without tank camping here and there.

What map? I can think of 2 that defenders can either go practically into or at least see and camp primary spawn
