Enlisted keeps on moving forward, commanders! We’d like to share with you our plans for this year. Including a complete rework of the progression system, campaigns and matchmaking, exciting mechanics, game release and more historical battlefields.
In this roadmap we have included only the greater goals, other than that we will keep working on the artificial intelligence of soldiers, animations, damage models of armored vehicles and aircraft, and will solve the issues that have arisen to the leveling and dividing of Enlisted players between the campaigns. We will tell you about the “new progression system” in the near future in a series of devblogs.
OMG. That ends way early than I expect.
Usually, this means, the game is it. The whole things is done, is fixed. Overall gameplay, level system, economy, will be settle down. Only new contents will be arrived. One day even new content will be boring to play. And the game lifespan is over.
I really like the games in beta/Early Access, which means infinite surprise. You can always expect something new to see. (As long as that early access isnt a scam.)
We plamn to launch Early Access in 2020. Before the Early Access there will be several stages to gather opinions and feedback and to adjust the game balance: Closed Alpha test, Closed Beta test and Early Access. Alongside, we’re eager to launch the Early Access with a quality and feature set as close to the final version as possible. After Early Access launch there will be only optimization, balance and polishing work. Early Access will last for a few months.
Are those chipped away areas supposed to mean that there might be room for more content that just hasn’t been announced. E.G. you come up with something new and just slot it in. Or is it basically cosmetic for the image itself?
