The fact that you think that anyone here likes the current state of MG makes me laugh. But hey, someone who read 3h total must know what is going on here I guess.
Anyway… if you think that bipods makes your gun having same-worse accuracy as without, partly dont even reduce the recoil, not to mention that they dont even work most of the time which forces people to use MGs not like MGs, is a situation, people like, then you are just stupid. You are wrong mate. Cod 1 and 2 were more historically accurate compared to enlisted.
In first 2 cod games, if you are playing in part that sets in 1942-43, germans dont have any stg 44 or panzerfaust.
You will never see tiger 2s rolling around stalingrad for eg .
Cod 2 and 1 were top nocth games about that.
If they blindly mix everthing, even vanguard will be seen as masterpiece

This is absolutely true. The current state of the LMGs is ridiculous. Bipods unable to deploy to window sills, bi-pods randomly undeploying, player characters able to shoulder and fire LMGs. All of that needs fixed.

Nothing to do with historical accuracy because hating the (Darkflow) bipods and mg dispersion is like breathing air. Who likes it must be a Zuckerbeg alien.

we payed for slots for different campaigns.
we payed for 4x xp in starlingrad.
we payed for 4* soilders and weapons in Pacific.
how would your playerbase splitting fixing work impact what we payed?
I won’t agree the merge if the payed feature just getting wiped out.

What about the compensation we paid in the past? As I know ,many players completed the Moscow and Berlin campaigns, and if it like FOX said, you only mix the weapons into one campaign. And how could we handle the redundant weapons.
The enlisted community isn’t spoiled, On the contrary, DF don’t show the whole plan to make players know whether the energy they spent in the past is wasted. And whether it is meaningful to get the new level in the coming few months.

WT could develop it’s game as it wanted. Because he has no substitute. But Enlisted deleted his uniqueness in terms of the quality of the game. How dare he go to the market and compete with other games for new players? The current DEV information is too little, but I am pessimistic.

I’m actually excited for the new progression system. I and many others just hope it doesn’t mean that we’ll see huge historical inaccuracies like MP44s in Moscow and like it or not that’s a valid complaint. The devs advertised this game as being historically accurate so we’re in the right to voice our complaints if it starts to deviate from that. And yes I’m well aware that the Mkb being in moscow is inaccurate, that still doesn’t mean we should just turn this game into another Vanguard.
So explain this to me, how is having a Tiger in Moscow less accurate than having 3 squads with federov avtomat. Honestly I don’t see the difference

You seem to be grasping at straws here, I’ve never seen anyone say this game is going to die because of the progression system.
It’s just not the game for you go play hell let loose and post scriptum.

I’ve been saying that we should deal with the new system as of now because the game is still being worked on and they certainly will update, tweak, change, overhaul, etc it over time.
Also I’m sure the devs are hearing our opinions, ideas, and criticisms and as I said may influence how the game is updated in the future
Adding in anachronistic equipment is what breaks it for most people, not the fact that the players have a choice to outfit their squads in a video game. The people advocating for historical accuracy are also aware this is a game. I don’t know why people constantly misconstrue “historical accuracy” into having to be a 1:1 representation of the actual battle. We’re fully aware this isn’t a movie, as well as the game incorporates arcade shooter mechanics.

I thought they make these new changes for that exact reason the already small playerbase is being split across different campaigns.
And they have failed to bring in new players.
Sure we dont know does these new changes bring 1 million new players or not.
But we sure know some will leave the game due to these changes.

Quite sure that train left years ago.
Not to mention any sane developer would figure out rather fast that if they were to make HLL style mil-sim the enlisted could compete in that category just as well as my little pony.
