Just got a 9070 XT and Enlisted is way too bright/saturated/sharp.
I can barely see in-game chat on blue sky/white snow background.
Do I need to adjust something when migrating from Nvidia?

You have Sharpening/Brightness in the Graphics menu so set it at 0-20% for Sharpening. I dunno about saturation they keep messing it up every couple of months. Game doesn’t support FSR4 so have fun with your blurry mess of TAA or FXAA 
Does it make sense to activate FRS2 on DX12?

DX12 made me stutter a lot so i wouldn’t recommend it at all but you can try it. Actually i wouldn’t recommend buying AMD gpu to play Gaijin games as they are neglected by the developer and it will take a long time to add FSR4 to the game and probably only to DX12 version of the game.

You shouldn’t need any upscaling with Enlisted and that GPU (nice card, btw).

Then which option should I use in anti-aliasing?
I can’t remember which option I chose as I’m not on my PC atm. However, it’s more of personal taste than anything. Have a play around with each setting and see which one looks and feels best.
I’m pretty sure I have SMAA enabled, but I’m not sure. I’ll double-check for you later. 
TAA is awful at 1080p ultra blurry and lack details of MSAA or even SMAA, at 4k it’s not bad. I’m glad we have FXAA at least it’s not as blurry as rest of them. I really need to move to Nvidia and play with DLSS or even better DLAA on.
Yeah, those colours look way over-saturated. I’ll post up all my settings for you to compare later.
And yeah, I’m on a 7900 GRE.

That’s not what it looks like ingame, either.
But idk it’s like I can’t read the chat, it’s so bright.
Never had this issue on Nvidia 1070.
(I also got 4070 TiS a while ago but it turned out to be faulty, yet no issues like that there either)
It’s how I ended up with a 7900 GRE, my 6950XT was faulty, so they replaced it with that. Not complaining, but I would have preferred a 7900XT…

It could be something to do with HDR, I can’t remember if I have mine turned on or not. I think I disabled it.
And I don’t turn on any AMD driver-level “enhancements”, though I do use Adrenalin for fan control and metrics.
Nope with Sharex, i don’t use HDR as my old screen doesn’t even support it.
Have you turn on any cinema type setting?
