You are currently putting solo players in games against teams of 4 players that play together. They steamroll solo players. No other multiplayer games does this. Fix it. solo vs solo. 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3. 4 vs 4. Don’t put a team of 4 vs 1 like you do now.

In Tunisia it is often 1-3 vs 8-10 and Moscow too if you play at Russian peak gaming hour.
Plenty of other games do it. Most of them, even. The fact of the matter is that ensuring that solo players are never placed against groups requires splitting the queue completely in two, with one for solo, and one for groups. Considering how fragmented the queues already are, with the ability to queue for a particular team in one of four campaigns, that could lead to considerably longer queue times, and would make any other match making consideration that much harder.
A dedicated group queue also has the issue of needing to find groups that cleanly fill two 10 player teams. If all that’s in the queue is say, groups of 3, then you can’t put a match together no matter how many players there are, because no full teams of 10 are possible.

world of warcraft did it. if you join as a group you face only other groups. no more easy mode steamroll against solo players

Yeah good idea, but that would mean waiting for 10min+ on tunisia with squad.
Any matchmaking would be nice, even custom games were improvement and they gutted it so hard
Put 3 and 4 man teams against bots if there are no other 3 or 4 man teams to match them against. They never lose a game against solo players, so let them play against bots.

I doubt the player-base is large enough for such matchmaking, the game even struggles to get a match full of players sometimes. I am fine with what we have now. I think it will get better over time, since it would be less of an issue if there were a higher concentration of good players, or just players overall. You can help this by getting good.
It does feel a bit frustrating when your against a coordinated team.
But it works both ways and there maybe a squad on your side also in other games butt kicking the enemy side.
There is the option to join a squad on the Enlisted Discord should you get tired of being Rambo and taking on the world by yourself. 
Hopefully in the future there will be an option to join a squad ingame for that match only.
Even if there is just the bare bones text chat “I going B” may help.
This game has a distinct lack of a Match Maker. That is a fundamental thing needed if the game survives to release.
That being said, I can only squad with 2 other people (Console, Series X). Can PC players squad with 3 other people?

as it’s only 10 v 10

I guess it will come somewhere in the future since WT already doing this. For now the best way to avoid getting shit from 4 man squads is just exit the current battle and join a new one
