as for sf balanced for br 5, yes too strong for all other, br + 1 -1 would be perfect if it was locked on

No, it is not and never will be.

Having artificial disadvantage/advantage decided purely by RNG is just toxic and annoying. Obv, it only encourages desertion.

Comparing only about the visual recoil aspect that the guns bump into our faces between AVS, AVT vs FG42 II, T20, Type Hei auto, or comparing WAR vs BAR. Yeah. AVS, AVT, WAR visual recoil are much higher and require more control to shoot.

Well there’s a reason why none of the automatic full cartridge attempts were really successful in WW2.

AVS/AVT were too shaky and unreliable, T20 and Autohei never existed/were never adopted.

FG-42 was probably the only successful automatic rifle/light MG/specialised swiss knife type of weapon?

Basically in order to have stable grouping with full power cartridge and for the internals to not get harlem shake during firing you needed something heavier like an MG.

So yes, I do think that 9 soldiers with automatic full cartridge rifles in every squad in a WW2 game is ridiculous, too much firepower and breaks the immersion.

T20 is basically M14…then again, it was and remains one of the worst “mass adopted” rifles in the world lol

It’s annoying having to switch them to semi all the time…their only advantage is the bigger mags

Here’s my opinion on rifles in this game
Semi Auto’s need to be denerfed. Give them a hit power suitable for their caliber
Select Fire Rifles need their recoil increased

Why? There’s literally no equivalent. There’s no BR5 semi rifle with exception of premium one. (Which is going to be lowered from what we have learned thanks to helpers)

BR5 should stay full auto. It’s such unique experience. Literally no one is forced to play BR5 if that’s something he doesn’t like.
