Please rebuild the mechanical sight models of M2 carbine, M1 Thomson submachine gun, M1A1 Thomson submachine gun, M2A1 Carbine, they are now impossible to see the target

I hope you can improve the Mechanical sight of the M2 and M2a1 carbine to this extent, at least so that the player’s eyes are not damaged

Also please make M1 Thomson and M1A1 Thomson aim this way, at least the people using these two Thomson submachine guns will not become blind

  1. Bolts are too deadly at range with the current level of accuracy. It’s too easy to rack up kills with them - you should consider increasing dispersion for bolts when player moves and when shooting long range without holding breath. It’s OK to have the damage, not OK to have the current level of effortless accuracy. If they should be this powerful, then getting the shots in should be less arcade and take a bit more effort. Alternatively significantly increase the damage drop-off. Also made a separate post here in case you care.

  2. Revert the SMG changes to recoil - try it out first with only the BA damage buff, not with an effective double nerf on SMG. Non-stalingrand gunplay was anyway just more fun for me personally.

  3. Balance between attacking and defending seems to have changed, making attacking harder than before It would be very important to make adjustments in point 1 to increase the viability (and fun) of attacking again. Most maps are not designed for this BA damage in any of the campaigns and right now its way too easy for defenders to simply murder the attacking team by using bolts if the attackers need to cross an open area. I have so far only won 1 attacking game (playing in the middle of the night against bots most likely) and lost 0 defense games. Most of the games end at 1st cap.

As a sidenote:

I’m already regularly running into a situation where attacking team does not attack (because everyone is hanging back and with bolt sniper) or only a very small part does, meaning that they all get slaughtered. This is very boring and frustrating experience no matter which side you are on. If this really becomes a regular thing, then this is the point where the game stops being fun for me. I just spent 30 mins hanging out at the edge of grey zone, waiting if the attackers would like to show up (they didnt).

Iirc wasnt that also adjusted with MGs while moving…

MG accuracy nerf while moving was probably rushed indeed, since it increased the spread without really affecting recoil.

I agree with most part of that list besides the bolt action rifles.

A bolt action shot on my player chest should kill me always.

I agree that static, ADS aimed shots should be as accurate as possible, but I can understand some degree of dispersion in snapshots while moving or hipfiring.

We could retain some difference there. Honestly, if not for the camping issue i dont really care much about the bolty dmg.

But yes, I agree with your list.

And yes, I would like to add that Vg1 5s should be equiped on other classes like the M1 carbine.

There’s a nuance and context to this. One dispersion change might be bad (weapon needs multiple shots to kill, massive dispersion increase) and one might be good (one shot kill, dispersion increases only when moving or shooting long range, latter of which player can counteract by holding breath - actual degree of dispersion change not determined).

Of course there might be other ways to achieve this too.

true. vg1-5 is basically a shit for assulters at the moment.
