We should still be considering a faction system rework - through asymmetrical balance, there would be no need for every faction to have copy paste gear.
Japan specifically could have their active tanks per team reduced by one - and instead be able to bring 3 planes at once.

You get this memeretta 20mag, its much more tactical because you have less ammo so its easier to be conservative.
I get this roombroom with 71mag that works just fine at so called mid range as well.
Itās already more than sufficient reasons to add the thing, considering Enlisted criteriasā¦ Most brV stuff for Soviets, Japan are already fantasy. T20 for usa as well, soā¦
Itās a Japanese Tiger or a Gundam. Take your pick.
Yeah, letās just lazily copy paste stuff between factions because fantasy exists.
Itās not like you already can play Tiger I in German Tech tree.
We could just remove faction concept. Since there would be no point in having factions anyway. Just let everyone to have everything. Because fantasy is already in the game anyway.
Probably isnāt gonna be identical to the German TT Stg, because if is an event gun (if is ever added) itās should different, so something like this
āstg 44 (early)ā with less roof and more recoil on line with the mp43, and probably with a different colour pattern
Iām all for it, so I guess that makes me crazy. The allies already have ācopy, pasteā equipment that wasnāt theirs at the start of the war but itās okay for them to have it. Why canāt the Japanese do the same thing? If the Japanese bought the tank or tanks, itās theirs they belong to their Army. The only reason why it never saw combat for the Japanese was due to the war going bad for them and Germany. But that still doesnāt take away from the fact that the Japanese army had a Tiger in WW2. I donāt understand why the knee jerk reaction to if they put a Tiger in the Pacific then the next step is armored walkers with Lazer guns.
And the people saying that the maps wonāt support the Tiger. Well just because the current maps donāt support big tanks easily doesnāt mean they donāt have maps in mind that will. Personally, I think they should build out new maps and edit the ones that they have to remove some of the clutter and reimagine them. Because yes, the bulk of the conflicts were fought on islands, but not all islands looked like the ones we have, or had battles take place right on the beach or shoreline. Some major conflicts took place inland in jungles and cities centers. These are the conflicts that would change how the Pacific is played, and you wonāt get the boring old map that just changes locations but gives you the same experience when fighting.

When there is an option to represent something that existed historically, or that can be used to fill a balancing gap(such as Japan lacking a good turretted heavy tank, Soviets desiring a faster firing tank for tiger hunting, Japan requiring a SFR, Ditto for the US) then that alone is reason enough to exist
The beauty of this game is it has the ability to depict these elements and parts of history that are obscure, overlooked, or never quite made it, while also simply allowing you to just not use these items if you so desire
This game isnāt entirely authentic and accurate with real life, nor should it really strive to strictly stay within what WAS there, having May 8, 1945 as a hard cut off point is enough of a limitation on the devs as is.
Japan paid 645k Reichmark for the tiger they technically owned the tiger and it acted as a Japanese attache in German army but I guess thatās not enough
