Devs dont actually listen to community feedback

I think the listen too much, instead of having a grand vision, they are getting distracted with ‘balance’ I feel most people like the unbalanced asymmetric game play. You are going to die, alot, games are sometimes going to be ROFLStomps.

We need bigger maps, with more strategic gameplay, maps with grand narratives. The campaigns needs to tell a story, battle of Berlin is showing they’re heading in a good direction. Hopefully Tunisa has the ‘feel’ of BoB, but have open spaces, follow the history closer, let it do the heavy lifting. Excellent maps based on the real battles, with meaningful objectives, not just random house B.

Obviously they will be tweaking HE damage, plane HPs, ect, for quite awhile, but they shouldn’t act based on :cry: from a tiny minority. It sucks getting bombed, it sucks getting shelled, as it should. But they could help if they make prone significantly protect the soldier from shrapnel blast, so only dying if prone in the concussion blast.

If a squad could hit the dirt and save at least half, it would make it much more tolerable.

That way HE would have an infantry counter going prone, being in a trench, should protect from some of the shrapnel.

Now it feels like there is to much concussion damage that’s assuming they modelled it separately from shrapnel damage.

Quite sure they have some sort of vision and probably they are fully aware what happens to games that doesnt listen to community.

That I can agree upon, if the maps were bigger the current amount of spam would be fine. Currently the maps are way too small and predictable for the massive amount of spam.

As they should, as its minority as well who enjoy the full amount of spam and that ww2 feeling they get behind theyr mortar in safezone or in the flying fortresses.

Im still doing fairly well as Infantry on US atm. The Artillery buff needs to go though its annoying as f

if we really want to talk about balancing it is only berlin and normandy made to fuck (the maps) to favor a single army (we know who) and with players with a serious problem to play with others especially in the faction of the axis in moscow (so far the more balanced campaign) is the ability to dominate the field these things rarely happen

Actually, they do care more about the feedback from the Russian community. Suggestions from there are much more substantial and useful. I don’t know why in English section there are too many OBT players who don’t play anything more than Normandie US

Ju-188 has 2 more 250kg than A-20 has 500lb bombs (6 vs 4).

The A-20 guns are OK if someone gets in front of you - but otherwise not much use and of course it lacks its defensive MG’s like the Ju-188 does - so it is easy picking for even a 110 unless it gets lucky.

Ju-188’s bombs way outweigh the A-20’s guns for usefulness.

For normandy this is a lost case you only read here something of GERMAN/USA are op nerf them

but Bf110 counts as attacker pilot squad, Nactall said that GER can have two planes that can wipe a team out. They can have only one at the same time, the same goes for the US. Except the US gets the P-38 as a fighter as well, which can do CAS better then GER fighters. Tho it is true that US can get 2 planes in the air only from lvl 18 while GER from lvl 12, I wouldn’t mind adding some new US attacker plane into the lower ranks.

The Moscow campaign has better maps. I was back to playing Normandy just for D-Day event and got promptly reminded why I abandoned it last time. The map are such that all fighting happens on very short distances + bomb loads on both side are bigger + tanks with higher caliber guns unlocked earlier.
I understand that this is later in war and it’s expected to have more automatic weapons but design of the maps is only reinforcing fights on short distances, which makes all HE explosives more potent.

The other thing is there is way less screeching in the Russian speaking part of the forum.

Blatantly ignoring that the 109 carries an SC250 and is more maneuverable than the P38 so he can push the narrative of “Germany suffers” again

well, nonstop barage etc is ok, i survive in real life something like that… point is The zone where we play, we r all in small box and everything goes there, we have no chance to go around and suprise them. I do not like Red Zone who kill when u left behind, than this became like PUBG retro. off course there is limit by map size or spawn campers… ATOM bomb is needed kill all in 10 sec

blatantly ignoring the fact that I literally said one post back that Bf 109 beats p38 in both. I’m not saying Germany suffers, I never once said this and I don’t think so. I think they needed a second plane for a balanced air battle. I’ve seen twice as much people crying about “people crying about GER suffers” then actual people that say that GER suffers.

No, maybe I worded that badly, but P38 has better CAS then most GER fighters, with Bf 109 beating it slightly as I’ve mentioned in the post before.

Once again, I’ve mentioned before that GER CAS is better, not with every plane, but overall better. US can however get air superiority much easier and an actual barrel of laughs would be thinking otherwise.

badly. It has better CAS then every GER fighter except bf 109 by a slight amount. Point still stands.

I’ve flown a lot more in the P38 than the Bf 109. With the P38 my best run racked up 12 kills. With the Bf 109 I racked up 18. And I’ve only flown the Bf 109 for maybe 20-30 minutes compared to the hour or two in the P38
