i did not miss your point of this post but what i do not get is why you think that stating job abandonment irl equates to such for this piece of entertainment
no victory farmers need to be, people trying to find an enjoyable match shouldn’t especially if those matches had the leaver be the only one trying to take or defend the point or if the enemy plays like actual rat; but if you want to punish victory farmers just make desertions count as an automatic lost

I’m pretty sure the two consoles plebs and that one jackass that lost three squads for six kills would have turned the side of the match in favour of Hero’s team or at the very least guaranteed a fair loss.
No. They still would have been slaughtered and the match surely would not have been a lot funnier. If some geniuses want to make people suffer through shitty matches, they can at least also demand better rewards for staying in ridiculously short matches or tedious long matches
But no, instead of making matches funnier we need to force people to play unfun matches because that is apparently the best conclusion of five years of deserting.

After I started killing enemies, I almost never ran away. I really care about the silver coins and experience, but I still get angry often. Why? Because all my teammates are hiding behind!Even if these deserters stay, there won’t be any changes, it doesn’t matter anymore.
just spend the last 2 days deserting games back to back. All those games im in the top 3 easily but the rest of the team only had around 20-40 kills with 200 reinforcements for the battle with 2 or 3 of the points taken. I rather leave and find a new competent team that can carry their own weight and win the game without having to cycle squads rushing a point because the whole team wants to sit in planes and tanks doing literally nothing. Those games I did end up leaving made me question if they were playing with 1 hand only because always the enemy team had around 50 to 60 kills with a lot of deaths while our team had the same amount of deaths but less kills. they would build rally points but what’s the point if they dont even shoot the enemies they walk past. Also why are the tickets draining 12 at a time when the squads dying have 4-6 people in them and why am I seeing so many BR3 players in BR5 match making like I rather wait a extra minute to get a BR5 team instead of the 1 minute it takes to find a match
Because even if these guys only have one BR5 gun, they will equip it immediately, which is not a matching issue at all.

You need human players on your team.
Your team needs YOU.
If you play a battle with only bots on your side, you will always lose the battle.
Your desertion influences the outcome of the battle.
