Customization Bug (Normandy Axis)

After updating the game I cannot find these pair of pea dot camo pants which I bought in Normandy.

As you can see in these screenshots these pants have vanished from Normandy.

But for some odd reason they are present in Tunisia.
I would request the developers to kindly look into this issue. I bought these pants for Normandy where I have their matching vest as well. This really feels bad.

so, from what i have been told,

a large portion of cosmetic disappeared from players.

and when i asked about it, i have been told that we have to wait.

so… yeah, we’ll just have to wait.

So... what do we do about our lost cosmetics?

It will be fixed or compensated

I see. Thanks for the reply. I hope they come up with a hotfix to sort these issues.

yeah…

it sucks missing 20+ helmets and others cosmetics that people bought.

so, let’s hope for the best.
