unbalanced player number is a consequence of unbalanced weapons. Soviet tier5 needs a t-44-100 or t-54(1947) to fight king tiger and bring a sense that “now german is less op in tier 5” so that there would start to have players playing it.

adding some map about operation Manchurian operation, some new squads participated this campaign, new equipments and silver/xp bonus with the map?
what you want to talk about aircraft? the entire soviet tech tree have no bombs heavier than 250kg with only 2 airplane using it meanwhile almost all german attackers have 250kg and have an airecraft with 500kg at tier 2. That’s your definition for “better”.

Dude why the hell you even start complaining something that you don’t even know?
but when evaluating anti-air capability I think autocannon is more important than agility. its harder to locate enemy aircraft in enlisted and with autocannon its easier to knock them down before they notice you. If dogfight happens, autocannon is also more helpful than slightly better agility, since then it would need a smalled firing window.
And if you wonder Sb-2m has 6 100kg and 10s turn too, not slow at all but lack player armaments just like Ju188
