If they release the game in the current state it won’t end up good.
people will start to play for the graphics then the frustation of the AI bots will prevent them to continue anymore

Don’t forget that premium soldiers have ~800% DPS and 135% health compared to new players with unupgraded M1907s and G33s, not to mention all other benefits.
as a new player all will first look at the ai squad
You can also play without AI.
But I don’t understand this mode Ist playable at level 3.
It would be better if you can play directly without bots.

I say it this is great game - finally, a great stable game about WW2. They will keep this going for a while, and keep on adding stuff.
FINALLY, i’ve wanted to play a good WW2 fps for so long! And there’s nothing! Battlefield stuff is empty servers, and old. Heroes and Generals suck lol
So Devs - great job! This is fun, engaging combat game. But SU vs GE balanced needs work, thats for sure.
those numbers you saw necessarily does not mean they are there to get drops for enlisted some may be for war thunder plus most did not even play the game coz it is in cbt not obt…so those 5k numbers are just numbers not players ingame

i was one of them.
i just realized that there was a forum only during the beginning of this alpha ( before the CBT ) despise me playing from the first alpha of moscow, and berlin.
Thats because there was no forum earlier, except for a gaijin forum during very early tests to provide very first feedback

I asume you use the messages in chat as metric, which is extremely skewed:
- The players who are not interested in the game and only came for the drops are extremely unlikely to interact with the streamer.
- Furthermore, the majority of players who come for drops for either game will only mention getting “drops”, instead of drops for specific games, although you will notice a lot of them talking about specifically WT drops.
If it does not die before the end of this year, which I expect is what will happen with how they are pushing for OBT with the current state of balance and progression.

well, it’s not enough my dear.
from what i seen, you just spray and pray your ideas.
don’t get me wrong, we all do that around here.
but what we really need, it’s thinking and suggesting something big.
as right now, we can read soviet people angry for lack of players ( i would not consider other threads outside mp41 nerfs and ptrs fixes tbh as people want just to see the whole german side burn )
include t34s and pziv with actual resourches and values in game terms,
provide a better solution for premium stuff and microtransations.
and above all, suggest a better progression system along side rng & stuff.
i know, sounds like a lot to change, but i’m confident.
although, your post of " enlisted will die if […] " it’s not complete in my opinion. miss a few part.
and your focus mind on certain topics does not help either such as making casual experience easier. we need another way.
i’m planning to make something short and direct to the point.
but i don’t have enough time.
and i’m sure and scare of make your same mistakes and end up being transparent on something or another.
( nothing personal to be honest. we just have to make things better )
it’s been a quite a while that i keep an eye on threads, suggestion and stuff. sad to say that some are quite… a bit futuristic, if you catch what i mean, ( thinking for the future insthead of the present )
but i’ll see what i can do.

you typed too many threads at the point of loosing the whole point of arguing within each topic.

and we are making too many topics for those devs to read.
i’m not sourpirsed if half of my bug issues that i sended haven’t been solved.
but i do know, that they read those. as few of my bug issues has been fixed one or two update later. which makes me happy, and confident. which makes the difference
( i hope that i haven’t started a battle of the year now )
i’ll tell you much. i started to respect @627636 cuz he is quite active, looks things, and give one opinion with the less messages as possible. unlike us… altough, i do have to agree that for him, sometimes things are black, or white.
nonetheless, order is the first key.

Simplified:
- Year based campaigns to have the German playerbase more divided, balancing out their higher player count.
- Year based progression with as little RNG as possible, alongside year/gear-based matchmaker (so for example Moscow campaign but only certain gear would be seperate from Moscow but with all gear) to balance out new player experience vs late game experience
- Move from perks to equipment-based improvement, which can visually be identified, to still provide side/upgrades without sacrificing immersion or balance
- Larger squads for teams that have known smaller playerbases, to move the AI from AI-lead to player-lead.
- Map improvements to help combat spawncamping.
- Squad balance adjustments to make each squad more unique (less alternative soldiers, more riflemen) to force a choice of playstyle.
Other stuff would be specific balance related (MP41 nerf etc) or content related (add more tanks)
this is a start. not enough, but we can start from where ( as we have to, of course )
now i would suggest to make make a discussion in mess room, keep a look for suggestions and feebacks, and than, stike with a proper thread made by everyone for making a thing out…
it’s not an easy job, but we must try.
as we care for this product, and i’m willing to invest some money for it.
although, individually we can’t hope to do much if we are more divided than ever.
it’s not about any " quick " solution, only well thinked strategys in the name for all the community. insthead of a singular individual as i said. and we need the most feedbacks as possible.
it’s always easy complaining about that being overpowered, that not working, or what else.
but we ofter give less solutions.
I don’t think we’d be really missing anything.
Individual weapon / content balance shouldn’t be adressed in such a thread.
