AVT(20) would be nice. Talking about balance, USA got T20 and Hyde44 and T26E1-1, which mostly better than Sov TT counterparts despite their airpower.
The main BR5 “balancing” for now is half of players on one side desert at the beginning, or worse, half of them are equipped with BR1 or 2 weapons.
I believe suppressed guns should be unique, viva event squad, premium, or event/ old gold shop weapons. Adding thw PPSH-41 (S) basically ruined the uniqueness of all suppressed weapons.

balancing problem
depends on how little recoil it has - I know this sounds weird to people, but I like first FG more than second now - NOT because of its increased rate of fire, but because has better sights for single fire shots. AVS deals more damage than AVT, - combined with noticeable less recoil this could become a very potent single fire one hit kill gun, in the right hands of course.

So yeah, you want to lock out in game mechanics behind paywall and time limited events. That’s what you want. And you are completely okay with it.

It’s already like so. AN/M2 stinger, T-34/100, Liu rifle, 150mm Sig33 sfl b.
To me I think event and premium weapons should be interesting instead of powerful. BT-7A is a good example.

Now the devs should def buff the FG42 (both variants especially the 2nd). Even though it has already been buffed it still could need or rather needs more umpff to it, like more damage and a slower firerate to make it more useful for more scenarios. but still good changes
It’s the perfect time to create multiple accounts and spam whatever I want. After all, that’s how it works now, right?

Bro I just grinded soviet squad that I never use just for the weapon upgrade of avt 40 and u telling me that I have to grind for another 5 lvl more…

Not to mention how many countless popular suggestions have been turned down in the past? Its clear that the devs just happened to agree this time, I for one am happy to see a new AVT, I just hope the stat difference between them all allows for variation in peoples playstyles and tastes.

not really, but the possibility does need some attention.
But anyone who solved this should be some sort of world leader instead of game developing team.
Of all the powercreep in this game, this is the most minor non issue of it out there. Not to mention as long as the stat difference is done right, there is the genuine potential for it to be perfectly balanced.

So we keep buffing until both guns have 10,000,000 round magazines, deal 50 damage, have no recoil, no dispersion, and actually make u run faster and take less damage, am I getting all of this right?
