Nah, I mean, I think its fine if a every soldier can carry a single granade, tho granade puches should be limited per squad I whink to a single one
meh I disagree, if thats the case then defenders should be able to re gain terrain because attackers cannot attack if they dont have a firm hold into a zone
I know, but almost no one uses those squads any way
Idk, I just want something to be done.
Nerfing paras like some ppl say, wouldnât solve the issue AND render a class mostly useless to boot.
Caping need some form of delay. What exactly I ainât sure, but something at least.
I think that confrontation mode is just better and should be the default game mode instead of invasion, Im telling you, this shit does not happen in confrontation mode
I still like invasion, but find confrontation superior in game mode balance because both sides have equal mechanics.
- point lockout is great
- tug of war is great
- mutual ticket attrition is great
- knowing where the points are is great.
also, there is no D day on confrontation mode
I mean⌠confrontation mode is the classic ww2 fps mode. Was like this in Ro1 for the most part⌠And this game, with RO2, were simply masterpieces.
I like confrontation. You never know what will happen, itâs harder to predict. Everyone must do his part.
Assault squads? Yes they do.
Sniper squads? Yes they do.
AT squads? Not as many because of the damned explosive pack, but yes they do.
Mortar squads? There are a few here and there, especially when there is a full group playing.
Besides, most players that select the âmortar squadâ as Paratroopers arenât even using the mortars, despite them being considerably better than the standard ones. They only care about the engineer hammer and the explosive packs.
And my favorite part, Its so easy to do a 180. Alot can be confused into thinking they are winning or losing when its not the case.
Also there is much more space for manouvers. Invasion is very tunnel-ike.
And you can plan far ahead. Not going to waste tickets trying to take cap this time round when we have no infrastructure in place to support it. Gonna spend time to build the foundation to take it next time by moving up rallies, and pushing out territory control. ( I think this part confuses players the most)
the answer is CAPTURE AND SECURE, a known feature from other fps games.
attackers after each succesful capture should have to secure the point, kill all the defenders nearby etc. before theyâre allowed to move on, meanwhile defenders have spare time to prepare for the next push.
as someone here mentioned quite a time ago, invasion match should immitate the push through multiple defence lines, not the ninja run to next objective.
Ah,you do realize that you COULD ALSO insta-spawn YOUR paratroopers to block the enemy paratroopers. Hey look at that⌠Strategy and tactics instead of constantly asking for nerfs.
oh congratulations you just said the dumbest possible way to fix or deal with the extremely unfun uninteractive âstratâ in the game, you are very dumb and Im not going bother to read any comment coming from you, âjust parachute into the objective tooâ so I can get killed since the enemy already droped there, or what I my paratrooper squad is not up yet? use your brain a little bit buddy then you come back to the internet and post another dumb comment so some one else can call you dumb again
lmao⌠ya ok!
You need to learn to adapt, overcome, improvise. Stop trying to play the same way as you did prior to the introduction of paratroopers; as soon as you said âunfun,â that tells me that youâre unwilling to come up new strategies and tactics and you just want to run & gun in a straight line toward the enemy.
Furthermore, if your âparatrooper squad isnât up yet,â then you kill the soldiers off in your current squad so that your paratrooper squad âISâ up. See how easy that is?
Then, you parachute into a safe area AROUND the cap point, not directly into it & put down a spawn point. Again, problem solved.
you really need to stfu, I can figure those stupid âways to adapt and tacticsâ by myself, I can do the mental gymnastics also and elaborte a way to counter this shit, but this shit should not be happening in the first place, is not fun, if the game is not fun is not worth my time
omfg are you ok dude? are your parents cousins or something? are you really this dumb? Im literally complaining about my enemys being able to just run on a straight line and the win, and you come up with this idiotic conclusion holy fuck fucking inbreed retard your stupidity upsets me really fucking hard
Well, if you âcan figure those stupid âways to adapt and tacticsâ by myself,â then do it. Thatâs your solution. Or did you âfigure it outâ once I wrote it down for you? Bottom line is youâre not going to always know where the enemy is. Itâs not always gonna be in a straight line. There wonât always be a front. It happens in real war, and it happens in the game. Itâs part of the challenge. Sorry you canât deal with it.
Have you tried destroying a late game tank with an explosive pack in the last ~4 weeks?
Iâm not even sure you play this game.
I kill Tigers with them frequently when they push upâŚ
If I push up with a tank, even end tier like Tigers, Shermans, etc. I get explosive packed constantly. Thatâs why I try to push in and do my job (like breaking all the crates, destructible walls, etc so they donât have cover to use).
- Before you say âthatâs not how you are supposed to use a tankâ, yes it is, and also you get considerably LESS points for having LESS DEATHS, which doesnât make sense I agree, but there is another thread discussing that currently as well too.
My point is, Iâd rather push in with the tank and make it easier for the infantry to be effective than sit in the back and farm points. Though when I am pushed up, even in heavily armored tanks, explosive packs kill me with ease.
I play the game about every other day. It used to be every day but its gotten so stale with offense winning every game that Iâve had to stagger my play time to not get entirely burned out.
