as i played this map trilions time, i guess that the game recognize the car that is problably behind the wall where this player is aming at ( for the red marker. )

EDIT. nevermind, i tried to translate it, and he is having an issue with the coaxial mg that is off set.
judging by your tank,and it also happened for me once, you problably took hits to the turret. but the in game analyzer of damage does not recognize than. as such, you have to hop out the tank, and fix it with repair tool kit.
