Oh man, i’m not reading all of this. But let’s see this issue through a lense with some braincell.
Low rate of fire → more damage per hit → bolts one shot (as they are the slowest weapon in the game)
You now have a weapon where you have one chance one moment at close range to defend yourself against someone with a smg/semi-auto/assault rifle.
At long range bolts were even more unuseable since you’d get white markers or downs due to damage drop off, now if you can aim you’ll get consistent kills.
If you wanna cry about something stupid cry about the FG42 or the germans LMG hipfire capability.
I don’t get the complainng about bolt actions. Snipers are about the same as they have been before the update.
I love how sniper magically = bolt action, though there are semi auto snipers.
