and what is your source for 15 rounds? 
I found no sources telling it was 15 rounds. most of them saying 20-35 rounds. so what is the reason for adding 15 rounds for it?

I understand not wanting it to be excessive with a 30 round mag, that would be a bit much, but limiting it to 15 is pretty ridiculous. Unless it has FG42 damage (it won’t since looking at the Preda PGs it’ll be like 14.0) it’ll just be an italian fedorov with 10 less rounds, a slower ROF, and can’t one shot people on one faction that have a funny cosmetic. Arbitrarily kneecapping a bp gun like this makes no sense, make it 20 or 25 rounds to be somewhat on par with the fedorov at the very least.

What’s funny, apart the fact devs artificially gimped the Italian magazine, is that it will fire slower than in game Fedorov.
While real life Fedorov was supposed to have a MUCH lower rof…

Okay, so it also means if Scotti is worse than Fedorov, AT44, and Hyde, it will confirm devs’ bias against Axis. TBH, I really don’t know how Scotti can be more busted than mkb42(m) with even a smaller mag.
