I didn’t expect that reference to Italy.
The Arisaka Mortar is a very interesting and welcome addition. I want to see some day the type 89 mortar we have in game with it’s actual ability to fire at 45 degrees, similar to a grenade launcher. Albeit some compromises would have to be made given the fact it’s a tech tree weapon, but it would add a niche element into the game. Yet I guess this will suffice for now. It looks cool.
The other guns can still change so we’ll share them later on
hope they do its very annoying.
could you please, if possible, explain why and oh why on the everliving hell we are still getting tier 2 soldiers instead of tier 3s, wich could be actually useful, when it is clearly a detriment to the battlepass value, and therefore the posibility of more sales, or less in this case?
is it made on purpose to make the battlepass less appealing? or perhaps it is an oversight?
The video actually says that it has anywhere from 20 to 35 rounds box magazine, so it’s not exact or that any source is definitive. Other sources guess at this weapon’s mag size too.
Though, this weapon is going to be fairly cracked, and you’ll see the stats soon (we’ll share them when we announce the full details of the Battlepass with this gun in it). Making the mag size double would make it very overpowered, and mains of other nations wouldn’t be too pleased.
We are trying more and more to give at least SOME angle to use each new weapon added to the game, so that nothing becomes “useless” since something is strictly better than it already. It’s not a perfect science at all and it won’t please everyone, especially those who want a weapon to have its best possible stats according to X source over other sources, but for the sake of variety in the game it makes sense.
Does the mortar rifle (rifle mortar?) Rounds Have the same exploding radius and force as the soviet rmn? Or regular mortar rounds (since they are the same rounds used)?
…
So, it would be more effective than the Fedorov AR? Because Fedorov AR is truly cracked already with it’s non existing recoil and high damage and high rof and 25 rounds mags…
yes
can’t let the fedorov be overshadowed
Ohohoh
I believe meme times will await us!
I highly doubt it, probably won’t do enough damage to one-shot soviet body armor since it’ll for sure be weaker than the FG. It also seems to shoot slower.
These British Teeths omg
It should be the Type 89 50mm mortar shell, it functionally identical stats to RNM-50
For those of us who know how to main that weapon expertly… bad times await the GI Joes.
@MajorMcDonalds Happy for Scotti, BUT FOR GOD’S SAKE, stop putting Italian weapons in the BP, especially this one.
DF has already thrown half arsenal of Italian semi-automatic rifles into the BP, which would have been useful for the Italian faction. Now, damned Scotti is too.
Italy needs all the weapons it can get to reach BR5 in a future sub-faction or independent faction. And even though we’re much better off than Japan in terms of arsenal, it’s not a move that inspires much confidence in me.
Luckily we have two other variants so I hope to see at least the second version of the Scotti as a TT weapon with its relative Italian squad (seriously give us this damned faction even just as a folder)
curious that you mentioned this version, maybe you’re leaving us a clue for the future?
I’ve seen that flag before…somewhere…
Yeah the RMN is a nasty piece of work, and I love it. On the defence is deadly, on the attack its genuinely a weapon that could kill god.
Hello, Major!
I’m excited about idea about an adding a br 5 assault rifles. This axis gun looks awesome.
Maybe we can look at some variants of adding a 5 br soviet autorifle AVS-36 early model which was with a 20-25 rounds magazines next year🙏
I also found some photos and docs there it was written
I kinda doubt it, it would’ve made more sense to make the weird AA sight version BP and the more practical version TT
It’s DF/gaijin we’re talking about, smart choices aren’t their forte
