Oh, nevermind. I forgot the mp40 is BR2.
3000 for purchasing it, and to upgrade it to max stars you need additional ±9000 (assuming you have 40% discount)
And this update reduced its overall price by 180 (assuming you have 40% discount)

well, it’s a start in the right direction, I guess…
multiply that by each of the weapons of all your active squads, it’s not that bad
BR2 still cost a ton to upgrade so not really
Well, I’ve already corrected myself
The dev knows how to repair the economy system, from the long time ago. But they just choose to fix it right before steam release. The dev could do it in a much earlier and much better way.
Although, it is a good start to reduce the insane amount of upgrading, the tiny fix won’t really help.
Big issues still exist like the insane amount of exp requirement for weapons in BR 1-3 (Compared 5K exp for BR1 weapons, 100K for BR2, ~150K for BR3)
They’ve just lowered price for BR1 and some BR2 weapons.
I wouldn’t call it “fixing the economy”.
I still don’t understand why you guys made it where you had to pay for squads and vehicles. Totally unnecessary and makes the grind feel worse. At least I didn’t have to pay for all my unwanted planes/tanks when I was leveling campaigns.
Not to mention all the free med kits, grenades, and pistols from those squads
so is this a joke? silver gain is still bad the most expensier upgrades remain the same and people that already lost a couple of millions on upgrades alone get nothing in return.
If 100 new users come into this crappy economic system, how many do you think will remain? Old users who had prepared for the card system transfer have already gone bankrupt a long time ago. I wonder how long new users will last.
This is really disappointing, but hey, at least it’s a start.
This is nice. However, I think it would have been better to just increase the silver gained per battle. There are still a lot of things that will remain expensive and aren’t fixed by this change.
This was a waste of time to read and F2P players are still screwed So I guess thank you DF because we really need discounts when we can’t even get much silver per match unless you’re premium and make it to the top of the scoreboard.
Wow, that’s really generous. Perfect for the steam release!
Why don’t you directly increase the income of battle heroes? A battle hero like “Team First Place” can definitely give double profits or directly give 1000 Silver rewards, which can not only increase profits but also to some extent alleviate the situation where the weaker side exits early in a game.
These are nice, but i feel like some need some serious adjustment, i mean i am really grateful for the gold tickets, but how come an achievement that ask for 10 wins in a row gives you the same amount of silver as someone using your ammo box for the first time?
I feel this is a step in the right direction, but the issue I think is more the income itself. Main reason is this feels more in terms of improving min maxing but not New Player Experience.
Lets take a look at what it takes to fully equip the 4 first squads you get for a faction:
1 Rifleman Squad
24,000 Silver in just troops
Each Engineer will need:
Each AT Gunner will need:
Each Rifleman will need:
Each Medic will need:
Each Sniper will need:
Each Tanker will need (we’ll be using the initial M13 Truck you get for example):
Total Silver Need = 100,678
So, How many games (not BP, not Xp, games) does Darkflow feel it should take to grind out 100,000 Silver without premium or achievements or events?
How many games does the playerbase feel it should take?
Once we have that number, what is the median BP that a player earns in game?
Do these numbers match?
Now take into account higher end equipment requires more silver. Do these numbers still match up?
I have more money tthat i will be able to spend, but still - i appriciate this very much!
