Are custom matches abandoned completely?

I find it quite dissapointing that the roadmap showed that the devs are working on new soldier class but no mention of any of the promised custom match improvements.

Fans of purely historical battles will not be neglected — we will keep the Custom Matches mode with the ability to create battles with unique settings and even expand its functionality by selecting specific campaigns and the list of allowed weapons (as you requested).

This was promised ages ago and we still dont have anything. I am hugely dissapointed.

Sure sounds like modders in general are neglected alright.

Alrighty. Here are my questions. the customization has been in a poor state since it’s introduction back in Stalingrad. Any plan to fix it, change it, or anything? will any sort of pve ever be considered to be included in enlisted? For example, tower defences type of missions, counter attacks type of missions, or even take on larger quantities of made by artificial intelligence. Given the success of the breaking dead event. what can players expect regarding custom games improvements…

To be fair the preferred map system if isn’t changed from the first one tested in the test server, is needed for shape a future equipment selector for costum mission

(Like only gun with N of Normandy can join this map)

The first one is too redundant for the actual live server, but is a good concept still.
