no.
you don’t need X or Y to get a proper solution to tackle other issues.
reason why people leave, 80% of the time it’s because they are actually coward and pull up a fight on their own.
the other 10% it’s because they don’t like the gamemode, and last remaining about real life emergencies or disconnections from connection.
you’d solve majority of said problems with a anti desertion system.
yeah we both know that’s a lie.
you quitted for much less.
i see.
but i doubt it.
i mean, if you are willing to leave for much less, i’m not sure you were planning on stay to begin with.
well, i don’t know all the answers i’m afraid.
but for experience, 90% of the time, desertions in every game are because the first point gets captured too quickly, so defenders will leave. or even attackers if it’s not taken in the first 5 minutes.
so it’s a spiral of people quitting because someone else quitted.
the gamemode for one match, shouldn’t be a major issue that needs to be tackled for the moment being.
gamemode selection will definitely be a thing.
but since we are not gonna get that because we apparently don’t have enough numbers for even queues, i think the solution to a growth is stability and having firm “”“punishments”“”.
because if you quit, you are being detrimental to alot of people, and the game it self.
yes
as you won’t quit twice ( because you won’t be able to ).
