In those campaigns, buildable AT guns are the way to go. The guns in those campaigns are equal to those on endgame tanks (6 pounder, Pak 38, Russian 45mm), so use those instead.
The issue existed in every campaign when they first opened before anyone had endgame tanks. It existed with Normandy with Panzer IIIs on the hills of D-day, it existed with Panzer IIs caping at the back of the road in fortified district, it existed with T-34-85s sitting on the other side of the bridge in Kroll Opera house, and it existed with AB 41s on the hills of Al Jabar Farm. It’s not an issue of the endgame tank, it’s an issue of the game mechanic as a whole. Any tank will still cause the same problem, and if you just remove tanks, then people will just build AT and AA guns and do the same thing.
