Typ Hei LMG
→ is actually on BR IV but its stats are simply same as the BR V typ Hei Automatic-Rifle surplus it got a shield upgrade, should be increased in BR to BR V

I would debate that mp40/1 should be lowered to BR2 as well.
It’s double mag is just gimmick more than anything. And everything beyond slower reload is very similar to classic mp40.

Yes. It is compatible with German and Japanese BR2 machine guns.
I think it’s fine where it is. BARs are extremely controllable weapons that perform well even on BR4 and BR5.

1918 is significantly worse than any other BR3 BAR-like MG.
It should receive a slight nerf and be put to BR2. I think this would be a very good change, since there’s currently no American BR1/BR2 MG. Which kinda sucks for larping reasons.

Dude what? Every time I face the BAR with my BRII setup I get shredded instantly because this gun is absolutely strong, controleable and sometimes acts like a smg on steroids.
BRII → only the BAR1918 and only when it gets a nerf. It is absolutely NOT compareable to german/japanese BRII mg’s. Did you ever try the ZB-26 with the mag on top (aiming is horrible!), the absolutely weak Breda or the MG13 with big ass dispersion? Only the Madsen is even worse.

This isn’t necessarily an adjustment comment, just the soviets need more lower BR mgs. The Madsen is okay and the BP lower mg kinda sucks. What could go in this area that soviets historically used that wouldn’t go BRIII or higher?
I agree with WalterSpeering here, BAR is waaaaaay stronger than the German or Jap ones.
I mean, the Jap one is kinda strange with its scope, but even then its no even close to the power of the BAR.
in that case, Mg 13 should also be raised to BR3. BAR 1918A2 could be good, maybe even BAR 1918 A1, but not a simple BAR1918. It should be BR2.

Japan doesn’t even have a BR4 MG.
Larping is really not important at the moment.
It would need a significant reload time nerf and a dispersion nerf. US faction already has 3 MGs available to BR2, there is no point of making it even more bloated.
