Additional rewards for continuous non deserters

Since we have the punishment for desertion, we also need some reward schemes to prevent desertion behavior.

Therefore, I proposed a reward plan:

1.If the player does not engage in any deserter behavior for two consecutive games, they will receive additional EXP/silver coins in the following games.

2.If a player engages in desertion behavior, they need to continue playing without desertion behavior in 2 games after the punishment for desertion ends. (This is equivalent to the player having to play 4 games to recover this reward once they escape.)

3.Like random joining, players can receive an additional 20% EXP upon victory, and an additional 50% EXP upon failure.

4.Only the top 4 in the team can receive the reward, which means campers who have not contributed to the victory will hardly receive it.

5.It will not take effect simultaneously with randomly added rewards.

This is definitely more suitable for preventing deserters than the punishment for desertion. It will also provide sufficient rewards for players who persist in trying to win and encourage them to continue doing so.

I’m still very confused as to why players need participation trophies for the bare minimum requirement of…playing the game. Like, that’s the standard. Click play game, play game, win or lose. Do players really need to be coddled into doing the bare minimum? Desertion penalties exist because chronic deserters have a negative impact on their team (especially if they leave mid match) and that deserves punishment.

its because people want to play game but they don’t have any energy to do anymore, they tired playing against competive or stacked enemies, they tired of not being able to play exact map and mode they want, they tired of grind and even old players has some things they havent unlocked, they want more reward for minimum effort and less grind for everything all it leads to this, give more reward for XX, add less basic missions to XX, etc

It would be the bare minimum if
People were forced to play objectives and not farm kills
If payers did not have a crippling advantage over non players
You could choose maps or game mode
You were never dropped into games in progress
Games did not last 30 minutes or more
You did not have games with people refusing to play the game then spend 30 minutes shooting a across the map
If many classes were no killed without any counter play cough bomb rockets artillery in cough
People did not hide in corners or probe waiting to pick you off
Could not build at barriers inside buildings and bunkers
Tanks spend the entire game in the cocoon of the gray zone death barrier

Hahaha, your words are nothing short of a joke. If you carefully read the topic, you will find that these rewards only apply to players who truly work hard.

The minimum? Are you saying it includes anti tank, offensive, and building rally points? But only you would do that. Oh, clan players usually don’t play games alone, so they really won’t encounter this situation.

If there were no 1.5 times the Victory EXP reward, guess what would happen? Behavior that conforms to the gameplay should be encouraged. Does it seem strange to you that all games are like this?

Again, more cope. I could have left my garbage map and team, but I stayed. I had several matches the past few days that were losses with terrible teammates. I still stayed. Because I’m not fodder.

Without a doubt, leave, receive a -20% penalty, and continue an easy game. Winning and ultimately receiving a 120% EXP is even easier. Haven’t you noticed the problem yet?

You seem to think this is about EVA, when it’s about the game as a whole. People quitting mid match ruins the game for their team, and the enemy team for players looking to fight actual humans. i give two figs for kdr or wlr i count score which leads to silver and experience, i quit because i am the only one playing the objective thus getting steam rolled by the enemy, the only one building rallies, the only one playing the game

What you need to understand is that besides you, many players do care about EXP and silver coins, and they should be encouraged to do the right thing. Rewards and victories are similar, if a player doesn’t care, then he is most likely a camper or deserter.

I’ll address the one part of your comment that’s actually relevant.

One sided matches and seal clubs happen as part of any team based PvP game. Anyone who doesn’t expect that to occur occasionally is either naïve or deluding themselves into thinking every match is going to be fair. That comes with the nature of the game. And so if they leave, they deserve to be punished. But merit is its own reward, and players deserve to be rewarded based off their score and battle heroes. Nothing more. They don’t deserve participation trophies for just playing the game.

This game has an extremely generous deserter penalty compared to other games I’ve played that will straight up lock you out of mm. Abandoning the team mid match deserves to be punished. Playing the game, and doing nothing more? It doesn’t deserve extra rewards.
