We might see a T-34 down the line, the devs do intend to add more campaign levels so it is likely we will see them…eventually.
There was a T-34 and a couple more tanks back in march if im not wrong, the balance then was great and tank battles we’re genneraly more fun.

I know there were some over in Alpha, or so I’ve heard, take Berlin for example, the T-34-85 vs Panther G balance is alright.
bad balance. panthers have better armor and very often they slapped t-34/85s. soviet medium tanks are good, but their armor is worse than german. so it would be better to add is-2 heavy tanks instead of t-34/85 medium tanks in berlin
Skill issue, I have no issues slapping panthers left and right by smashing shells through their turret and 1 shotting them half the time.
T-34-85s deal with panthers perfectly fine.

T-34-85 can penetrate the panther through it’s turret perfectly fine. Learn to aim.
How can people have a hard time dealing with panthers when the game has an indicator saying shoot here. You got real big problems if you can’t work that out.
Anyone who plays warthunder knows exactly where to shoot a panther,
the lower sheet of frontal armor. is the only place of panther’s frontal armor that can be penetrated by t-34’s 85mm cannon. sometimes, due to the nature of the landscape, the cannon does not have enough angles of declination of the gun to fall so low

We will probably have Stalingrad campaign later on which will be more easily balanced. At least Germans will have PZ4 F2 with L43 and Stug with L48 guns which can deal with T34-s.
During Barbarossa, even Panzer 3 with its “long” 50mm can’t deal with T34-s at normal ranges. Only gun that can somewhat deal with T34 is 50mm Pak that we now have in game, but good luck with that.
I am all for historical accuracy, but install WarThunder, jump into best what Germans have at that time (that is Panzer 3 J) and try to penetrate T34 frontal armor from any reasonable distance. Report back when you do 
Not really. Panthers ussualy had the advantage on the armor side, but most of the time it depended who shot first. Still the T-34’s had a disatvantage.
Already done. Its the same story with the T-34s cause you cannot pen the frontal armor of a Panzer 3 in war thunder, so whats your point?

Why would you bother trying to hit the lower plate and who the hell cares?
Aim for the turret and win easily. Do you not understand english?
Wrong, turret cheek right next to the cannon will always kill at least the gunner, if not detonate the whole tank.
Shoot turret, profit. Every time. Half the time it one shots the tank.
