The M16 MGMC improved on the M13 MGMC and M14 MGMC by replacing the M33 Maxson mount with the M45 Quadmount. The M2 Halftrack chassis was also replaced with the M3 Halftrack Chassis.
yes i like this thing in warthunder (i think it was there maybe it was other game) so much better at aa than the 2 gun version (idk it been like 4 or 5 year since i play warthunder ok?)
my personal favorite SPAA because 2 .50 cals weren’t how about 4!
While we’re on the topic of SPAA it is ridiculous that they made the Flakpanzer 1 an EVENT vehicle. I think it should be readded as a research tree. The same goes for the Soviet AA truck.
They can’t just have the powerful Whirblewind as Germany’s SPAA because otherwise there will be no early BR AA.
Dont wory they can still give us the milktruck with the single DShK on the back.
Lol there are still vehicles like Sd.Kfz. 6/2 and Flakpanzer 38 available in War Thunder that can be added in Enlisted as early BR AA.
I hate the M13 MGMC because it overheats too quickly.
In Enlisted, you can only fire 35 rounds continuously before it overheats, leaving you defenseless against an aircraft. But in reality, the M2 .50 can fire 150 rounds continuously until it overheats and has barrel stoppages.
yeah its ridiculous when it can fire like 1200 continuously before overheating and warping the barrels Irl they can also adjust the triggers to fire in sequence farther increasing the time to overheat.
They could nerf dmg against the infantry at the longer ranges and let us spray at the enemy planes. But nah they had to overnerf all SPAA.
The milk truck, but with quad maxims.
No compromise.
How you found picture with wrong russian language? Just how?..
Yeap and return old stats for m13.
Didn’t read, just jumped on the first picture of the vehicle I saw.
It’s the vehicle I want. And it must be able to shoot at ground targets.
And the truck radio must play hard bass.
Okay, this music didn’t exist then. But you wouldn’t have a radio either.
So it’s enough for you that hitting 4 machine guns at the same time will not be enough to kill one infantry target. And the speed of overheating will not allow you to fire a burst of more than 3 bullets. Complete cooling will last a minute.
Why even nerf any of them at all though? They were and have always been easy to kill. Even regular rifle grenade launchers can kill them.
In addition, they are weak against enemy tanks. Open to enemy infantry. It only made any sense at the very beginning of the Pacific Ocean, but now it’s an unnecessary nerf.
(Pity that I forgot to mention this point in my topic, although it was originally one of the most important points when I wanted to write it)
Wrong!!!
It did! In their hearts!!!
Also, here’s an authentic totally not edited video with sound and somehow colour, where you can see Soviet soldiers doing ww2 stuff while chanting and playing hard bass music.
It’s HA.
if they give them that, I ask for the japan one as well
Literally everything with overheat mechanics does.
Yes, but the M2 .50 is still the worst when comparing other tank machine guns. Also, no other tank has a machine gun as their main armament, only the M13 MGMC.
1919A4: 72 rounds fired continuously
MG-34: 42 rounds fired continuously
MG-42: 38 rounds fired continuously
DT-19: 56 rounds fired continuously
BESA MG: 59 rounds fired continuously
7.7 Vickers MG: 121 rounds fired continuously
M2 Browning: 35 rounds fired continuously
Imagine having the M45 Quadmount as an engineer buidable.
