Add the Krag-Jorgensen to Enlisted

Hello everybody, today I come to you to talk about the Krag-Jorgensen Rifle, and my reasons as to why it should be added into Enlisted.

The Krag-Jorgensen Rifle was a bolt-action rifle of Norewgian Origin. The United States would adopt this rifle in the 1890s, and use it in many conflicts. Its most nobale use was in the Spanish-American War and the Boxer Rebellion. However it was also used in World War I with Artillery and Engineer troops, and by the U.S Marines in the Far East in the early stages of World War II.

Now onto the second topic, Why should it be added into Enlisted?

The Krag-Jorgensen did see service with the United States in WW2, specifically with the U.S Marines, and to a lesser extent some U.S Navy Sailors.

The rifle would do well as a BR I or BR II Rifle for the Western Allies, since the bolt was much quicker and smoother due to other rifles, and it could hold up to 6 rounds at max, however the standard was usually 5 rounds.

It would do well as an event weapon, perhaps with its own squad, or it could be added to the tech tree somewhere in between the Ross Rifle and the M1917 Enfield.

Let me know what you guys think of this idea.

I agree. It should be a BR2 bolt gun for the US/Allied forces. It should have a quicker reload or same speed as a fast bolt gun reload.

I think it would be great as a Tech Tree item due to the criminal lack of rifles between br1-2

Don’t forget, the USA issued the KragJ as a primary fighting rifle for many years, it was then sent to Marines and Army rear echelon troops.
