add a realism mode please

  • harder inertia for sprinting

  • %50 cut off jump hight

  • %25 slower vaulting

  • remove dispersion

  • %10 reduced recoil

  • %10 reduced movement speed

  • increased map size by %125, move HQ spawns back

  • increase minimum build range for respawn beacon by %50

  • increase objective area size by %150

and to help NOT dilute the player base as much, have it so you can only play on it on ONE campaign for all players that changes at the start of the day

most important point:

  • limited class loadouts. (less assaulters per team, etc.) without this, it would remain a mere assaulter/automatics frenzy and not be realistic in the slightness…

If you want a realism mode just turn on minimum battle interface in your settings

I’m sorry.

In additional would be good to rework guns (accurate and damage).
But yeah… Not sure that it will be comfortable and popular mode.
As result it will be abandoned like hardcore lone-fighters.

excessively large maps dont work well with small teams with the 10vs10 with 3-9 squad sizes = not a fun game on a large map

True. Like hll. See 1 player every 10337 meters isn’t fun.

A 50v50 that feels empty

Also remove the lead indicator for planes and thee armor penetration indicator for ground vehicles.

Add:

  • %40 reduced speed between crouch, standing and lying down
  • %30 reduced reload speed
  • %50 reduced aim down sight speed
  • %200 more damage to upper body (Machinepistols should need maximum 2-3 bullets to the chest)

I beg to differ.

So far the idea managed to get quite a lot of likes by the standards of this forum.
Most ideas get ~20 likes at most (unless they are rants/boycots/unionising against devs).

It would be harder to add sure, but if you only want a bit “harder” mode… We have:

It wouldn’t be that much different nor realistic. We could still use whatever we want with no restrictions… I was thinking more akin to a RO1 & RO2 class restricting model (where of course bolt action riflemen are not restricted)

Could be like:

  • 2 assaulters squad per TEAM on the map MAXIMUM at any given time, AND the need to cycle 3 regular squads in between before using it again. For tanks it could go up to 5 squads in between, etc. etc. You get the idea.

I’ll again spam share my idea of squads costing points/time to respawn depending on their equipment.

You want a basic rifleman squad? Here you go!
You want a full FG42/StG/whatever squad? Wait for the spawn. Elite squads don’t grow on trees.

A bit like in games that have… how is it called?
