For start they not submachine guns thry are machine guns, and second the US simply sed the BAR for that role and some 30 cals but it’s design does not allow for it being anything other than sandbag emplacement.

What you are talking about is a self made modification of an aircraft gun made by US troops on the Pacific front. There were less than 10 peaces made if I remember correctly.
Also it had sth like 1800 rpm but I may misremember that. It would be a great golden weapon.

M1919A6 had rof of about 500rpm.

Still, it’s a troops’ invention, not an addopted gun. As such, it’s a candidate for a gold order weapon imo.

you can quote wiki all you want if you want balence just give us the an/m2 variant so that way the germans have a belt fed mg that has 1200 rpm then the counter will do almost exactly the same with 1200 rpm same ammo perfectly balanced no one has the better weapon there the same

Unless devs will decide to introuce >100 rounds belt fed MGs that will be broken OP unless taken care of (I don’t think they will be taken care of).
