I think it is impossible to return purchased vehicle. You have the option to “try out a squad” before buing it.
As of Panzer 38(t) - it is good up to 29 level of the campaign (Panzer III J is better then).

Ones you purchased something and you already used it in Game its Impossible to ask for a refund.
