Every extra squad you buy doubles the price for the next squad purchase. As greedy as that is, its only for that single campaign, so if you got used to having 4 extra squads and want to do another campaign, you now have to spend the price of an almost new video game just for the quality of life of having a decent amount of squad slots.

Be glad you dont have to buy them for sides too. Paying for it in campaign is good imo. Look at WT, if you cant extra slots for vehicles, you have to buy them extra for every nation, at least here it is for both sides.
Purchasing extra squads shouldn´t be a thing at all, yet here we are…

More like “look at WT where you never need extra slots unless you’re doing something super weird”. You won’t even get to use extra slots if you’re trying to be effective. Here you’re always limited in every way and the only way to get out is by paying. They are even preemptively limiting players with things you can’t buy the solution for yet.
