2.Make wood penetratable again. and actually put in the time to update the penetration tables for the new weapons.
Reset the AA guns zero to 90 degrees (WAHHHH WAHHH! MUH SKILL ISSUE! WAHHHH!!) Since the release of the HMGs the AA still has this lame handicap even though just about all of the HMGs can blast planes out of the sky like a fly-swatter and melt infantry through buildings. Yes people will spam, but could it be any worse than the HMG bullet spam we have now?

Make pistols have the ability to be picked up from dead soldiers that were using them.
Make HE rounds actually deadly to infantry. It appears that theres two different types of HE, one for common vehicles that does practically no damage to infantry, and another for premiums and award vehicles thats basically like firing a meat grinder. Stop this lazyness. Make it make sense!
Sorry I thought I edited this is, it was in reference to the removal of Rommel and another german generals Avatar pics from the game to make it more acceptable to play in countries like Germany. ANd also the addition of “Harmonization mode” for Japan to appease Chinese players.

The HMG might be powerful, but the AA is a whole different beast. It really IS that much worse. It has a large frontal shield, and a scope, plus much higher range and accuracy than the HMG.
Far too many guns on the ground at that point.
The HE is definitely in need of a rework. On one hand it should be deadly to infantry, that is for sure. However, on the flip side, there needs to be a way to defend against it. Something that the players actually have to use to counter. A way to strengthen sandbag walls for example. Otherwise tanks just sit back and spam HE into the objective until their team (that don’t take damage from it) capture the objective.
If sandbag walls didn’t pop every time an explosion went of nearby, they might actually be worth it.
(That’s where I’m hoping the new squad type they said was coming will be a breacher of some kind. It would rebalance how explosives of different kinds interact with different targets, meaning fortifications would be worth putting up to stop the HE as a counter, but infantry in the open were fair game to it.)
To clarify, I meant that the handgun should only be available for pickup if it was the weapon being used when the soldier was killed I did not mean to have the handgun in addition to the primary weapon dropped by the soldier.
Ok, that I can get behind. While on the topic of pistols though, I think you should be able to use your pistol while in a downed state to defend yourself. This also means that if that person were finished off when they are trying to use the pistol from the downed state, the pistol drops as well.
I almost forgot. They should also bring back the usable machine guns on certain Vehicles like the Ka Chi amphibious tank. Originally the machine gun was fireable but after a recent update they’ve removed the machine gun even though it’s still there cosmetically. So what if it makes the tank more difficult? A stronger enemy is just more satisfying to conquer.

Have you ever used the ka chi? It sticks to the environment worse than Velcro. It’s basically a pathfinding error with a 47 mm Cannon.
And this issue is because there is only one AA model for all factions, of all campaigns…
For as many premium units that have been created and implemented into the game (over a long period of time)… What’s baffling is that we still have the same anti-aircraft gun.
All they gotta do is update the models for each campaign, and reset the shooting angle to what it was…
Then sit back and observe for awhile (make adjustments as needed, after a trial period has ended)
