Oh yeah Normandy is actually bearable with the bomb rework
In Normandy, I build rally very often when playing Axis, but not always when playing Allies since its not always necessary especially on attacker side. The invasion always ended so fast and rally point become not that important, I only build that when I meet heavy resistance from defender, which rarely seen.
