So I’ve now reached level 9. Now I can drop 150+ kill games and get half the XP I got just a few levels ago. This XP reduction is ridiculous and will make grinding levels impossible. Please remove this ASAP

Agree, btw ur at lv9, can you use AVS-36 or AVT-40 auto-rifle?
Also, I find that XP come with the play time, no matter how many kill that you have, the XP always comes with the time, for example I have 30min game with Assault mode, then I have 4000+ XP.
In your 2 photos we can see that you have 1700+ XP cause you have the time of about 10min. 
Neither of the AVSs are available this test. You can see if they are unlockable because in the top left of weapon selection there will be either a lock or a number. The number is the level you unlock it at. The lock means not available. I know that the XP is related to time as well, however, I havent had a match over like 3.2k in ages, even when I get in games 20+ minutes long.
