If another player uses your turret to kill enemy players, i propose you should be awarded a +15xp for assisting the kill.

This already happens, even better than that. 18 assist points for each kill by a teammate that is using a gun built by you.

As far as I know, yes. But let’s wait for answers from other users as well.
All weapon emplacements that you put down as an engineer give assist points when teammates get kills with them. This includes:
- MG nest
- HMG nest
- Ampulomet
- AT field gun
- AA
