Lol, I saw this same video. Some people on the forum ought to watch it too, because even if body armour did exist it was incredibly rare so if we have it in the general customisation then it’s rarity isn’t properly reflected.

Every faction had body armor, but very few used it. So, I believe the same as I always have, either give all factions body armor, or get rid of it in game for all factions. The Soviets being the ONLY faction to have it is, IMOP COMPLETE BULLSHIT. 
Of course, IMOP the Soviets being the ONLY faction to have fully changeable weapons on their Paratroopers squad is also, COMPLETE BULLSHIT.
Obviously, this was a simple mistake made by the Dev’s and I am sure NO BIAS was intended., and upon request, I am sure they would remedy the situation they created. 
How long have players been bitching about the body armor, and not a peep from the Dev’s? A year? Two years? Three? Yeah, they’ll get right on that shit. 
It was no f**k up, it was 100% intentional, and had it been a mistake, they would have changed that long ago.
