so perhaps definitely br III or even IV

AA tanks like Wirbel and Ostwind should exist - but you cant put them too low in BR, they should be handled like Calliope and be ranked higher than their flat performance because of the added utility.

as much as i love using SPAA, i do feel legitimately guilty sitting idle waiting for planes to come by when other players want to be using that tank slot for an actual tank

im prett sure that cannons with faster fire rate would do the job quite better i mean… look at the german milktruck with a 88mm… is 100% better to use that vehicle to knock down tanks than planes or at least is the most popular way ppl use it
