From what we have so far from the Stalingrad campaign, it looks like it covered the battles around late September to October of 1942 judging by the use of autumn uniforms along with some premature winter stuff like why use white winter camo on an autumn setting. It’s a shame we don’t have actual winter maps for Stalingrad right where the events of Operation Uranus, Winter Storm and Koltso have yet to be covered on this game.
Will we going to get the winter versions of the maps along with some more recognizable locations like Pavlov’s House, Grain Elevator, Gumrak Station, etc one day? Sure this campaign looks very promising despite how hard it is to defend with teammates not building rally points and limited spots to build one but I believe it is not on Red Orchestra 2’s level yet.
