given how gaijin didnt wipe the progress when War thunder left (open) beta in 2016, i wonder how Enlisted will handle the transition from closed to open Beta.

Wipe has been confirmed multiple times ages ago. It will take place tomorrow afternoon Moscow time.

You keep all twitch and premium related stuff.
